why didn't your box tracking the eye turn green to indicate focus was achieved. Maybe I'm not doing it correctly, but my XT-5, if I use AF-S in Wide Tracking, it finds the eye, turns green, and when I move the camera, the box moves off the eye. Not what you showed in your test. If I switch to AF-C, the eye detect stays on the eye, remains green while I move the camera back and forth. What I have found with Fuji is, the box is usually accurate in finding the eye, achieving focus, but when you snap the picture, the picture is sometimes in focus and sometimes not. It seems Fuji has made it more of a priority in their f/w to indicate you found the eye and tracking it, but that doesn't mean the photo will be in focus. My M50II eye detect works better than my X-T5
I'am not sure but the firmware version could affect the focus indicator color difference between me and you. This video was taken almost one year before. On the other hand I did not experienced M50II that's why I could not comment.
I guess big step for your channel Mr. Yılmaz. İ hope this English version to be must popular channel for Fujifilms brand users. Thanks for developing your self and channel. 🥰🧿🙋🏻♂️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you so much for this video. I'm a newbie to photography, almost sell away the X-T30II I've got because of the face/eye detection does not always works
at 4:18 the screen shows AF-S but this is supposed to be an AFC test, see summary at 4:48 the screen shows AF-S but dialogue on left of screen indicates AFC? but you are talking about AFC?
How do you mean to use single af for face detect? Maybe if you shoot a doll and you sit at one place 😂 Whoever has a face is not a still subject but the moving one and there is no point of using af s.
Camera manufacturers have activated the Face recognition system with AF S. As a result of my experiments, there were some differences compared to AF C. This is the conclusion I draw not from theories, but from practice. Thanks.
This is really helpful! Thanks for this experiment! Been a fuji user for years and now i know which settings are best for face and eye focus
You’re welcome.
Wow, wide tracking single-focus is so surprising, this just blew my mind, I'll try it on my XT-3.
Let me know also your results on your X-T3.

@@Okan_YILMAZ I have found that if I set the focus points to 425 it works better and seems to be more accurate.

You are right. The context is true but I think while the post edit I mixed the screen shots. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks.
Interesting long narrative about tracking mode. What was your setting in focus tracking? Because these options can change how the camera reacts
Multi Purpose was selected in all situations. Thanks for your comment.
Excellent test. (If someone hasn't already mentioned it, Cyan is pronounced "saian" :-) )
Thanks for both, the comment and also correction of pronunciation.

Çeviriyi Google Translate ile yaptım ama içeriği bildiğimi için yanlışları kendim düzelttim. Dublaj için de Play.ht sitesini kullandım.
