Thank you again for your great videos! Who would have thought about reducing a stamped image! Really appreciate your detailed directions. Very helpful and you make it enjoyable to watch!
I do so love this technique. I have made it a practice of mine to make a mold of the smaller image so I can make another stamp with the mold, but only if I plan on using it a lot. Lol You seem to be feeling better, so kudos to you! Love to the cats!! Enjoy your beverage!! 😃
I watched the other you tube video and she had 2 different size stamps. A very good video but not the same technique. Yours was awesome and another good use for Pandora's products.
This is fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing! I love it and can't wait to try it. :-) I think I actually like the smaller one better than the larger one. lol
Ludmilla Bakulina did a demo of this technique when she reduced the size of her personal stamp with her initials (or someone's!) here on RUclips. That was recently, and the only other instance I've seen. I did play around with it somewhat but I have only a few stamps, mostly I have texture sheets. I may have to try those!
I did try a bit with a texture sheet (Lisa Pavelka's "Paisley")... It worked but her sheets are so deep and awesome, it didn't compare. I should have known I wasn't the first to try this and I hadn't seen Ludmilla's but she is an absolute powerhouse! If I was going to avoid things she had done, I'd have to give up claying! LOL xx
I tried it with a small area of a small texture sheet (Circuit Board from Cool Tools) and it did work, so now I have a smaller bit to make a smaller piece of mica shift! I just used my fingers to nudge it in from all four sides, slowly. The clay was Premo, and still soft from conditioning, which made it easy. Now it's cooling on the side of my Compressed Air can, before shaving it for the mica shift.
I love this idea. I’ve often wished certain stamps I have were smaller. Now when I am looking for stamps to buy I can look beyond the really small stamps.
I did find the stamp at a place on-line from the UK called PinFlair. I purchased two (just in case something happens to one). I surely hope they are on the up and up.
Great tip! Never thought of this! Whiskey and Coke... Mine sauce of choice is whiskey and diet coke. ;-) Too bad we're across the pond from one another or I'd invite you for a sip. Instead, I'll say: Cheers!!-- Leslie
Thank you so much for this!!! I had never even thought to do this before!
Incredible!
This is so cool!
I love the way, Valerie, that you "ask" us questions. I actually "answer" while I'm watching ha ha :-D
Thanks Denise! I ask the cats questions sometimes but they just look at me as though I'm stupid... LOL xx
Cats can be that way ;) xx

That's brilliant, I've not seen it anywhere before. It means I'll be able to use so many more stamps now. TFS, blessings
Yay! xx
yes i was thinking just push it in,,but letting the reducing continue after picking it makes alot of sense,,that maybe why my canes always change!
Thanks sweetie! xx
woow this is really useful! thanks so much!!
You're welcome sweetie. xx
That is just so cool! I never would have thought of it!
I make so many small things it was frustrating not to be able to use my stamps...so necessity was the mother of invention. Thank you! xx

The name of the movie you were thinking of is "Enter the Dragon"
What did you call the long square acrylic bars you used? Thanks!
