Changing the circles to no longer machine material that will later be discarded would shave some time off too….
You have to be careful with merging toolpaths. I’ve run into issues where I had a pocket operation, followed by a cleanup pass, among a bunch of other things. Everything looked fine, but when I ran it, the cleanup op ran before the pocket op. It was in the right order in the software, and nothing I did was able to switch the order of those 2 ops. It remains a mystery to this day… ultimately, I just made 2 separate merged toolpaths, 1 for pocketing and 1 for cleanups…

You can tile windows vertical and horizontal, how can you resume back to a full window. Strange why there is not a third icon for this task, please advise

      Hello sp,
Select vector and then enter the letter N to get into node editing. The green point is the starting point, right click on any other point and set that as the new starting point.
Then end the node processing again with the letter N.

Shouldn't time be dependent on your machine. A rigid machine can be moved faster. How is aspire calculating time?

      It’s entirely machine dependent

The software knows the feed rate for each operation.. what he don't know is the rapid movement speed. But you can set that number in the Time estimation icon.
There are other variables like acceleration... So you have a correction factor also, to adjust the simulation to the real time.
      Hope you get the explanation
