The filmmakers did work on a 3rd film called The Collective. Unfortunately, they only got 8 days into filming before the studio shut down production and the movie seems to have been cancelled

Oh and my fave: Elena breaking the glass full of random liquid, with her assuming it's water. For the sake if the movie, it was water. But in reality, it most likely should have been Formaldehyde, which is flammable. With just a touch more reality, she would've made the dumbest possible decision in her attempt to save the day.

What bothers me about Elena being resourceful is the fact that she always hits a plateau. Using bra wire to open chest: Genius. But then after she gets outta the box, WHY DIDN'T SHE CLOSE IT AGAIN. She would've bought herself way more time if she closed it again. Taking scalpel and crawling through the vent: Brilliant. But then initially trusting Stockholm Syndrome girl (enough to walk with her briefly): dumb mistake.

I have been waiting for yall to watch this!!! I wish the 3rd one didn't get "postponed" "canceled" whatevs. I think this would have made a great trilogy. But to answer Kody I think that the collector has gotten away with it because he probably had been killing and collecting homeless, SWrkers maybe people with no families because he clearly was stalking the families and seeing them up in the first one so I think he was pretty good at hiding his unaliving of individuals
