    Yum yum, just love the burn banana leaf aroma. When it comes to sticky rice, I always spread the rice between 2 cling wrap and shape them for use. I find this so easy and no mess and reuse if necessary. Hope it helps.

    can i suggestion it, using the broil would be better make the banana leaf turn brown and rice smell good.
    the recipe says 50gr dry chillies is a lot ha, I have to make sure the dry chilies i got here (USA) is not too hot.I have been buying dry chillies from Mexican market here.

      用糯米是最恰当了。用其它的米做出来的口感和味道会很不一样。

      No i think no. Because it's from glutinous rice or ketan/pulut in indonesia but lontong's made from rice. 🙏
