I love the looks of the Spectrum with you derezzed kit installed the blaster looks so much nicer. I also can't wait to see your Tron themed paint job.

I’m 46 and had not shot a nerf gun in my life 2 weeks ago, but do have 2 boys 10 and 7 who had some and found it fun, so I got a bit obsessive. And we are at war daily!
Have bought the nexus and the aeon for myself and plan to take some back to France to my friends (unfortunately can’t use them with the boys).
Am not yet into true moding, but as a birthday present I repainted a destroyer from adventure force for my older son (did do my first mod since I took the air restricter out)
It’s a beauty (can’t put mixture in the comments, but can mp anyone interested.
You’ve also got too much to do but I think it deserves a review. The big advantage being reloading!
Again, was lucky to get into this but I feel it’s only the beginning!

Personally I would also like to see a rail cover for the angled front rail to make it more comfortable as an integrated grip point.

thank you so mush for these mods. you made an amazing blaster an absolutely-must have and maybe have given dartzone some ideas of what a pro-series flywheeler can be.
An adapter for the stock attachment point converting it to a Buffer tube would make the most sense as well as being cross comparable with I think it's the Villainator.
And of course some fore grip/laser/flash light options as well...
There is a stock adapter for worker stocks on I personally wouldnt get it but there is a stock on etsy as well made by RexTechBuilds that goes with the barrel attatchment

Lmao I caught that Killers reference. Nice. Also snazzy work you’ve done here, very well done! I’m already imagining making this into a carbine/SBR sort of blaster. I’d love to make a barrel shroud (bout the length of the default “muzzle brake” I’ll call it) that adds a picatinny RIS handguard with tail attachments at the 3, 6, and 9 o’ clock positions. As far as covering up the flywheel motors a bit better, I’ve got an idea: perhaps make a faux laser/light module (like a Peq box for example) for a cosmetic tactical look. I may do that if I get to doctor one of these up. Looking forward to seeing what absolute craziness comes of this platform, and I hope to see a pro version of this that delivers 150fps out of the box like the Nexus and Aeon pro.

You should make an adapter to fit the same buffer tube m-forgery stocks the nexus pro can, as well as a hybrid short dart pusher.

Not only is the new mag release easier to use, without it, because of the weird bump on the mags, it is nearly impossible to use a nerf brand 10 round banana mag or a nerf 18 round stick mag. That really rubbed me the wrong way too because I had 4 18 rounders for my flyte before my sibling left it in the rain, it shorted, and corroded

As always, loved the honest review and mod video. Will end up getting the kit at some point. One problem though- Walmart has been out of stock on the Spectrum for some time now. :(

Now you just need to make a buffer tube that fits the Spectrum and Villinator, so we can run the Nexus Pro and other buffer tube stocks
the only thing keeping nerf alive at this point is the modulus stryfe and the rival line.
What is that two part epoxy that your shooting on the switch? Have you tried the clear dp110?
Are there any plans on having a longer 3d front barrel, or one with a nerf barrel lug?
Can you use the half dart adapter from the other dart zone product? If so how do they perform?

Please, will somebody fix that magazine well? I find that I often get the magazine top stuck in one of the cutouts, enough so that reloading gets to be an unenjoyable hassle.
Dang that thing shoots as hard as maxed out FDLs.
Why not create special wheels that works as fans also cooling the motors and with those openings it could work as a vent allowing maybe even more power
