Bobby is so great on Driving Wheel. Of course, Bobby is great on everything but I think he really makes Driving Wheel. Love Me is is just Robert and Chris but if you skip to about 2:53, 2:54, you can see him come on stage. He always said the for him, the most exciting part of the performance was that walk to the stage...RIP, Babe!

Previously Ronson left us before Bowie, this time Gordon left before Spedding. RIP ROBERT.

It would be greatly appreciated of being able to like it. At this time, because I had tried their OPENING ACT, this VIDEO remained. Because it was wonderful STAGE, a part of UP was done to in excess for 15 years at home

So sorry Marylee. He was such a talented and great performer. Such a loss for us all. I think you might have been at some of the shows. I always wanted to say hello but I didn't see you. I hope you are doing OK.

wow. this is so cool. just found out he died! RIP! I have collected many live concerts dvds vhs of him that I could find but this is like
being right there in the club. He influenced by singing as did Elvis and Joey Ramone! they 'sang' didn't scream! People tried to change
my vocals and I just refused. I started recording my own songs and Robert Gordon and rest were and are big influence on how I sing.
He should have been huge! I only saw him once by accident when I was in high school my friend and I got into a club which didn't
check IDs and he was playing! I became a huge fan. I loved the guitar player didn't find out it was Link Wray til years later! I just
didn't know who he was I was just a kid when he was big. Robert Gordon RIP you belong in the Rock Hall of Fame.
check out my music here it's not just rockabilly it's a mix of everything but Rap!

I loved Robert Gordon before I saw him live. But when I saw him live, I was blown away. His VOICE. He SANG. He always had great musicians with him. He put on an excellent show. After that I tried to see him whenever he was playing in the area. He will be missed! He is missed by me! And yes, he should have been HUGE. There were a couple of missed opportunities. Like he recorded Fire, then he Pointer Sisters took off with it instead. That would have been a huge break he could have taken off with. A shame. But he was performing and recording pretty much up to the end and his rich baritone voice was still great.
