Great tutoruial. I put SANWA on my Marvel vs Capcom 2 Arcade1Up cab. Taping down the plexi is a good idea. I just work very slowly when I am modding. Thumbs up and like of course.
Great video for newer/ scared ppl who are hesitant to mod things . I wanted to do this for a while but was scared haha, kongs made a vid on this a while back and i finally did it. This will definitly help some ppl out in the future.
Great video man, especially about taping down the deck protector. I put Sanwa buttons in my Shinku and cracked my deck protector because I didn’t tape it down or remove it. Good advice.
That's a cool trick with the nail file man. That's actually what I used to fix my sticky trigger button on my 2019 stand up Atari Star Wars A1up. lol And a great and thorough tutorial for somebody that wants to do this type of mod. Oh and bummer about cracking your K.I. plexi, but at least it's not too noticeable.
As someone who wants to replace their buttons but is hesitant, this was very helpful. Are Sanwas the easiest of the higher end buttons to install on these cabs?
I believe the Happ buttons slide right in and come with a nut to screw in. Kind of like the ones I put in my F&F. You don’t have to shave anything off those buttons. It’s all preference though.
I’ve been procrastinating so badly about updating the majority of my buttons. It WILL happen this year! But every time I plan to upgrade 1up drops something new & I end up right back at square one 😂
I have been wanting to do this to my MK2 cab for a minute. Great video keep up the good work

If I can help someone not crack theirs like I did to mine I’ll be happy lol thank you
@@ToxcynTV Right on man. I wish I did that with my Shinku…still pissed.

I barely notice it no worries
Great work 👍

@@ToxcynTV ah that's good to know...#chicken...thanks again man🙏
Where did you get your Sanwa buttons from?

Haha same. It’s hard to replace your buttons when you get like 3 new cabs and now instead of needing to buy 12 buttons now you need 36.
