      Any woman who has thinning to this extent should be tested for thyroid issues. I started loosing all my hair, turned out I have hypothyroidism. It's a very common reason behind balding.

    In the comment section people are diagnosing her, telling her it's a weight issue, telling her what vitamins and mixtures to use. You don't know her. Just because something worked for you doesn't mean it will work for her. 40% of women have visible hair loss by the time they are 40. It's not just men. 40% is a lot. Not all those are because of weight or issues with thyroid so don't diagnose her. My mother suffers from this also. It's just something that happens. A part of life.

      Only 25% of people have a gene that doesn't allow them to expell the mycotoxins that mold puts off. Hence why not everyone exposed is affected the same. Exposure also can happen as early as in the womb of the mother and affect you for life. I have that gene and reversed my hair loss after discovering the cause! People on here are only trying to help with their experience, education and knowledge.

      Marlo C also, 10-20% of women have PCOS, LIKE ME, and one of the symptoms is hair thinning. And there is no cure for pcos, so yeah. We just have to live with it. I always had thin hair since I was a little girl, I’m 27 now and it is still the same, but I am already mentally prepared that I might have something like this in the future.

      Venessa Colinares products help tho. She was doing fine. That's the only thing I would tell anyone to try is more natural products with chemicals that aren't so harsh. If you read the ingredients on them and can comprehend what most of them are most are alcohol filled products. Which can be harsher on the hair than natural alternatives you can get now. Yes they are more expensive but they help TONS. -I'm a hairdresser too :) I actually have extremely thinning hair as well so I've noticed a huge difference when taking vitamins and using the right products

    You look very sweet. I am 65 years old, had a hysterectomy when I was 24 and didn't have any problems with my hair and I never had hormone replacement therapy.
    About a year ago I started losing my hair on top. I thought it was just my age. I was mortified. I went to my doctor with some complaints about some other health issues and I mentioned my hair lose. After some blood testing, my hormony levels were extremely low and he started me on a natural hormone building program. Now my hair has started to come back.
    I said all that to say this to you. You are very young. You have had a child in resent years, which can cause a hormone imbalance in lots of woman. It might be worth seeing an encronologist who can do a complete hormone panel on you. You are a lovely lady and deserve to have your hair back. God Bless.

    • @NMW80
      @NMW80 6 лет назад +5

      watchgoose yeah but health food store can only do so much. If your like me and it’s damaged then no matter how many supps u take will not help u make more thyroid hormones etc. I mean they may help loads of others and it does help me absorb them into my cells/body etc so much better with health food supps. So yes well worth taking supps and iodine for sure. I am just saying that some of us need the hormones too from the doc. If u can’t afford a doc u can get them online too.get a test done first, t4/t3/free t3 and t4 too/ tsh/ also autoimmune thyroid antibodies etc etc etc. the doc should know what to get.

      Please anyone reading be incredibly careful and check with your doctor before taking thyroid supplements. Too high thyroid can be fatal, so don't just treat yourself. Please find a good doctor to help check your levels first, and then check regularly as you treat with supplements. Best wishes!

    So many comments from so many people who know absolutely nothing. Don't pay any attention to them. You are a stunning girl and I could listen to you talk for ages. You have a softness to your voice that is both soothing and uplifting.
    I have alopecia areata. I also have pcos. Although these two aren't actually related, pcos can cause thinning hair. It's a bitch really. But none of this matters. It doesn't matter why your hair is thinning, or what you are doing to improve it, or even if you are doing anything to improve it. That's nobody's business but yours. Thank you very much for sharing your tips. That's very brave of you. And while we don't have Walmart here, we have something similar and I plan to go look for one of those hair scrunchies! When I was in high school, I started to lose hair, to the point that I had to wear hats everyday, my crown was totally bold, I had a bold area on top of my head of the size of a donut, so... My mom gave me the miracle remedy:
    Onion, you put it into the mixer, mix it, take is out and put it in a rag, squeeze the juice into a bottle, and put the juice of a lemon, spray your hair at least 2 a week, let it on for the night, cover it with a towel and a plastic shower hat, wash your hair in the morning. I used this every day for like 2 months, my hair was never shinier, longer and healthy, but new hair started to grown!!

      Amelia Dixon I have cortisone that works fuckin wonders, and can get shots in the head. If you haven't tried those options I recommend talking to your doctor because every time I start losing my hair I use one of those (usually the cream) and it comes back. I'm fairly lucky in that regard but I do hope others can maybe find something that works for them too.

    When I was young, I had so much hair. That I had to have it thinned out at the beauty solon. I use to put it in a ponytail. After so many years weary it up in a bun, it began to thin out. (Pulled back in a tight ponytail.) The longer it grew, the heavier it got and started to thin out. It was beautiful everyone would comment on it. Then at 50 yrs. I got Cancer. Had to shave it, because it was coming out by the handful all over and causing bald spots. (With Chemotherapy, radiation and medication) When it grew back in, it was so very thin, white, and fine. It had been so thick, black and beautiful then. I am almost bald now. Now I just wear wigs. You can get real hair wigs in any color and styles. (Get two). Wear one and have the other as a backup. Their easy to style and saves a lot of time fixing your problem. You can wash them like your own hair. People will complement you, not knowing it’s a wig. And if you are married (which I’m not) your husband will love how you look when going out together. Their are a lot of women who wear them and you would never know they have one on. Try it. What do you have to lose?. (More hair?) Some men just look at your T’s and A’s anyway, then your face and hair. just be happy that you’re still alive. (76 yrs now) X-Cancer Survivor. 🤗👩🏻‍🦰👱🏻‍♀️👩👩‍🦳🧕🏻🤷🏻‍♀️❤️. LOVE YOURSELF AS YOU ARE. ✝️🙏👵🏻

You made it seem like no big deal, and didn't bring shame anywhere/anyhow into the content. I love you for that!! Women should help each other, and the beautiful woman that you ARE became even more beautiful in my eyes because you didn't complain or fall apart, nor criticize. It cost you a little bit to accomplish, but you have a SOLUTION that works and it is simple to accomplish as you explained it with great clarity, patience, assurance and kindness...AND, you shared it with the world, so everyone, without shame or embarrassment, with a hair thinning issue can have an answer! ask your guardians about taking NIOXIN. it strengthens your hair and prevents a lot of further fallout. it isn't Rogaine it isn't gonna grow hair (I don't think that stuff works anyways ) but it makes your hair a lot stronger. and take Prenatal vitamins when you get older. I'd be careful taking them now because you're young, but your doctor could tell you if it's safe or not. I'm an older lady so it doesn't hurt me cause my body has different needs,but the Prenatals will grow your hair and nails like crazy

    • @Call-me-Al
      @Call-me-Al 6 лет назад +6

      Icy Shadow if you don't know why your hair is that thin, please get your hormones and blood values tested. E.g. anemia can also give you hair and nails issues, and thyroid problems too. There are many possible reasons caused by health issues. For your bald spot if it was caused by an injury you can try dermaneedling or dermarolling (which has to be done in a specific pattern and schedule) with a longer needle length e.g. 0.75+ and see if that helps your bald scalp skin heal up somewhat, especially if you use e.g. castor oil or so as spot treatment on there. Making sure you aren't deficient in stuff like zink or other trace minerals is great too.

    My daughter has very thin hair about like yours and it turned out it was caused by a pituitary tumor. We went through so many dermatologists and doctors and finally got a doctor that was suspicious and did a full body MRI, and sure enough, that was the culprit. It's benign as most pituitary tumors are, however they wreak havoc with your hormone balance and loss of hair in women is a big one. She's gone through so many different trials and errors with products. For several years she used hair fibers but it's gotten to where the fibers are too obvious. For her, the best thing she loved now and has for a couple of years is the dry shampoo Batiste. NO OTHER dry shampoo works for her. They're usually too sticky or gritty or something but Batiste has been perfect and it does help give her volume. I'll order some of the stuff you used to have her try it out. Any times I do that and it doesn't work I end up just using it lol. I don't have super thin hair but it is thin and helps so it's not a waste. Thank you for being brave to show this and your solution is great!

      Rick Kala , buspar was a med that made my hair start falling out too, in the beginning, years ago..all these doctors prescribe things for conditions, then when people have side effects like hair loss, and you ask them if this or that medicine could be the cause, and most doctors (especially primary care Drs or Drs with less medical knowledge, like psychiatrists), they answer with "no I've never heard of that medicine causing that", and then people think its something else because if it was one of my meds surely the doctor would know, so like me I continued to take things and by the time I stopped the meds, the hair loss was outta control ..

    • @robinlewis6879
      @robinlewis6879 7 лет назад +2

      Rick Kala , then after being told by the doctor it wasn't buspar and I continued it till I finally researched and educated myself and realized it was, then told the Drs "look think what you want, but I can prove the med does cause hair loss so take me off of it and find something else...i hate trying to tell anyone how to do their job but when Drs either don't know or know and don't care and I start developing more problems, then I have learned to speak up..sometimes I think some Drs say things don't have certain side effects cause it means they may actually have to put forth effort and try different things to see what works without traumatic life changing side effects.. I learned that most seizure meds and many meds given for bipolar/mood disorders, have greater risk of causing hair loss.

    • @robinlewis6879
      @robinlewis6879 7 лет назад

      Rick Kala , I know buspar isn't for those thungs, I took it for anxiety, cause I didn't like how alot anti anxieties made me feel...but I also took Topamax for migraines for years, ask 3 Drs if it caused hair loss, they said "I've never heard of that being a side effect", i looked it up and hair loss was a main possible side effect, then had 5 people tell me either them or someone they knew had hair loss from it, I was so mad, I just quit taking it and deal with migraines when I get them , I dont get them as often but on topamax, I never got them, but I'm a woman and migraines are devastating but so is losing my hair...

    • @robinlewis6879
      @robinlewis6879 7 лет назад +1

      Rick Kala , I still have to take meds for some chronic illnesses I will always have, but I am more cautious on just taking what Drs prescribe without educating myself and deciding on my own.. like so many meds...take something for 1 thing and it will cause or worsen something else..i sometimes think the vicious cycle is more damaging and that half the time something over the counter would do just as well, Drs wouldn't make as much money if people could treat themself just as well...

    I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism & one of the side effects is thinning hair. It freaks me out so bad when I comb it after I get out of the shower. I was self conscious at first. I'd kinda joke about it to hide my embarrassment. My poor ponytail is only as big around as a pencil. I started taking Biotin 2 weeks ago. Does it really help? (haven't noticed any change yet, But it's not been 2 weeks) I've thought about cutting it all off short & just basically starting over. I love your tips & the products, and the fact that you are a normal lady that shops at normal places! I feel for ya. Our hair, our crowns, means so much to us that when it is threatened in any way we panic, it falls we panic and yet only some women understand how sad, ashamed and humiliated they feel and it is not even our fault. Most are because of medical reasons not so many chemicals like some here seem to be stuck on as the reason June has thin hair when I did not hear June say why her hair was thinned out only that she wants to help and share a solution she found and refusing to sit and let it run her because trust me we can turn into hermits and stay indoors because of our hair. June didn't. All she did was record a video to show how she deals with her bald spots. She did not ask for contradictions, assumptions or ignorant remarks. Watch the video if it helps awesome. If the video did not help or make sense to you or worse made you laugh, then move on bitch. That's all. This video is not a debate video and a video made by a person who wants to be of service to other suffering women and for that, I think she's a stand-up broad. Thank you for having the Cojones to show us your hair. Men, the majority owners of cosmetic and hair products companies have made more than enough billions of dollars off women's insecurities. Men, jerks, that don't even get us but we have paid for their children's expensive private schools in Switzerland and for their yachts, etc. It's about time women started to help one another. We do not need Gay men tells us how to dress or to criticize anything that a woman wears. We have been dressing and in fashion long before gays came out, stay out of our way when it comes to shit we know because we are women not half a woman because I cut my breast off but yet leave the vagina, or even to know about women something they do not wish to be or wish to be. Women Compliment each other. And this is not an attact toward gays so do not even go there. For too long women have been living for men. They cheat, they are forgiven, cheat again a year later, forgiven. No and check this she does not go for him she goes after the girl and that makes her look pretty desperate when he is the one who made the commitment, not her. This girl can only go as far as he let her and men have the same willpower as women but yet some women still say, "oh he's a man and if a bitch throws herself at him well what is he suppose to do?" Same thing we would do tell him to GET LOST! God forbid he tell her he is married or avoids it. No! there are some good decent men raised by decent smart women to respect women by the mother demanding respect from her sons and to teach them that women are special. That they can give through her body. She can feel that life from her breast the nearest part to her heart. We are love, we are the earth, part of mother nature. The crimes and cries of women will be dealt with one day, one way, in hell.

      Megan Do you take the medication Atenolol? My sister and I both took it for high blood pressure, and our hair started shedding badly (fortunately we both had thick hair to start with, so it didn't show). When we stopped the medication, the hair loss ended immediately.

      Lisa Parker ...no. The only thing I can think of is I have endometriosis and did 2 rounds of lupron injections over a few years. 6 mos at a time every other year. A side effect is hair loss but it grows back. Its been almost 5 years since ...my endo pain is gone...and my hair grew back but NOT like it should have. And its falling out all over again. Only meds I'm on are Mirena and a pill the endocrinologist gave me. Now I'm trying rogaine again but the men formula this time...it is supposed to be stronger. We shall see...fingers crossed.

My hair grew back all the way... My testosterone levels balanced out. And eventually got pregnant. The key for me was losing weight and the pill! Whew

      Have you thought about giving Henna try?

    • @ladyboywonder9139
      @ladyboywonder9139 7 лет назад

      rockfest77 NO!!' Not over grey !!! She will walk out of the house looking like a clown rom the Simpsons this is guaranteed, you have to have the knowledge and experience with these colors to know it but for example the black over brain will turn out dark green
      The red will come out carrot orange like a fucking clown... etc down the line , hennas are best used on similar colors to your hair as it is
      If she REALLY MUST do a color treatments , you can (trust me this is true) use a flattering complementary color to your natural pray, in manic panic or crazy color , pink ( for an old rose look ) blue for silver grey and they also offer a grey highlight as well these hair dyes are natural and bases on vegetable material so it wouldn't have the negative effect on a cancer patient as the chemical dyes
      If you have any concerns or fear of the effect , do a disceeet test strand but it's going to come out dramatic and less you have bleach the hair first, THEN you will come up with the " punk rock" look which in sure she doesn't want
      If you put this over natural hair for about 20 njns in warm weather you'll get it subtle tint
      It can also mix two colors to get an even more subtle look , for example a great highlight and a blue or pink.
      Good luck
      Bless you

About once a week she uses the essential oil just in case. My cousin emailed me the before and after photos.
