I will avenge millions of people. I can't deal with this anymore." And then... Boom. 1,179,239 people were killed in an instant. These included troops, support gunners, pilots, technicians, etc. War is horrible. War is hell.

The trench sequence has kind of been forgotten how great it is. Most people rank Star Wars 77 in the top 2 or 3 Star Wars films because it is the original but not for not any reason other than it was the first (myself included). It's a great sequence in a good film, not just in a fanboy sense.
