Pre made Eden clips for the rest of the video is peak 😂
James Sie voiced the cabbage merchant, now he is back playing the cabbage merchant for real
13:43 Eden's tone here was funny asf ngl
I still remember when PickBoy put the Avatar Tape into the TV to start the series of avatar after multiple months waiting an theorizing with friends. (For some reason i have the faint memory of Gogurt as well)
"Don't you know the live-action has to be more mature than the cartoon series?"
If by mature you mean bland as hell, then yes, the Netflix series did that.
“Actually milk would fall under water bending🤓👆”
Why does the Aang actor sound like: 🤓
nelward
I mean he does sound like a happy kid (he obviously is one) and I think they casted him well
@@magnus5747 well, happy little kids are nerds. Sorry someone had to say it.
@@UnityStars26 so he sounds exactly as he should.
@@sebastianfontanez1081 seems I've backed myself into a corner. Ig the only way I can proceed is to admit my wrongs and commend the actor for such a good job.
This hurts
That was my exact thought by the way, with that underground meeting that azula "infiltrated", am watching with my sister and when that came up i also went "is tjat ba sing se?"
This show is kind of weird in that all the actors and actresses were CLEARLY selected because they can play the characters fairly well... But the show refuses to use the original characterizations. Iroh especially, they got someone who can do him perfectly... but he never cracks a single joke.
18:23 He said the line
The briefcase switcheroo is literally a scene from Fantastic Beasts bruh
'My cabbages!' being the thing Holywood adaptation decides the character needs to 'earn' was not on my bingo list
the milk has been spilt with this one
Watching this show by myself is dumb but watching you guys react to it is peek!
"Jack i agree with you"
Eden actually tapped out? Damn, I’m pulling my patreon support
GAAAAHAHAHAHHA the inserted Eden reactions are killing me 😭
If i had a nickel for every time natla casted an actor from a doctor drama to play a firebender, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice
11:14 you know, it was really unclear.
Daniel Dae Kim also voiced a few characters in the cartoon.
This show isnt terrible. It's just so....
Meh
This. Fucking this.
Bro they talk every 2 seconds let the show play😭
I feel like I'm the only one who likes this. Obviously I prefer original series, heck i watch it at least once a year, but I think this is good too.
13:25 Huh, ya know, I could believe that
They didn't ruin the cabbages joke. They just repaced them with rememberberries.
so a little fun fact, the same person who voiced the cabbage merchant in the animated version (James Sie) plays him in this as well
glad im not the only one who thinks aang sounds like dewey, that was my immediate reaction when i first heard his voice
Bro what's up with them casting inacurate characters for the females. Azula's chubby katara chubby, zuko's girlfriend chubby and acrobat girl is chubby. Wtf.
Im not hating the people playing their roles im just saying they don't look like who their based on, at all. And that is a solid opinion.
Also, just for argumentative purpose, is katara not brown in the show? Everytime i pull this topic to talk about people said Katara's east asian. But that doesn't make sense there are no african, asians, americans, Europeans in avatar. Wanna know why because the whole show isn't based on earth's geographic. Theres just tribes, kingdoms and shit like that. They don't have ancient egyptians or spartans. Because it isn't earth . It's a fantasy world with it's own history like that owl in the library that was burried in sand in the desert.
I just wanted to say this
Why is Suki wearing a crown? Looks ridiculous.
Still Better than the last Airbender 2010
