If your goal is to build bigger biceps, the reality is that you don't need anything fancy as part of your biceps workout. The biceps are the smallest major muscle on the body and their primary function of elbow flexion is pretty straightforward. You'll find plenty of "best biceps exercises" or "killer bicep training tips" videos all over youtube, but in most cases it's just overhyped clickbait. That said, if you want to build bigger arms as effectively as possible while minimizing injury risk, there are some fundamentals you need to have in place as far as biceps curl form and exercise selection goes. In this video I cover 3 arm training tips related to the biceps that will help you accomplish exactly that. Apply these arm workout tips to your plan for the most efficient results over the long term.

It says that your workouts are for 12 weeks on the free edition.
So does paid book include the rest of the weeks aswell for people who only have a bench and dumbells at home (just like the free version)?
Or can I just use the free version too keep exercising (gain/cut) untill I reach my goal? ( skinny fat person want a lean body, workout says A,B,A for 12 weeks only).
