    Thank you for sharing Justin 🙏 I need to understand when you saying "leave no gaps when covering nose and mouth". That would mean very little air to consume under 3 minutes. Or do you mean it is OK if air from outside finds it´s way inside the hands and we actually breath it in? Thankful for clarifying this 🙏🙏🙏

      You only want to consume air in your hands. As you use and recycle you are increasing the carbon dioxide content, which calms down the body. Panic/anxiety attacks are brought about by over oxygenation of the blood. This reduces the oxygen in blood and calms you down. It’s safe. It will be hard, but it is ok. Just like using a paper bag. If you want you can stop, but try get through the challenging part and notice how you feel.
