I would’ve had the first battle happen during the prison escape. Eddie is there like he said (and venom would still be with him in this version), then battles carnage as he escapes prison
It still bothers me that this movie didn’t go for an R rating, when you got Venom vs Carnage, after the Deadpool movies, Logan, & Joker were huge successes. And all of them ended up making more money than this film would.

Carnage is a work of cgi art. I figured how they modeled the symbiotes. They used black oil for Venom Liquid metal for Riot. And for carnage he's a mix of blood, muscle, and bone. When he changes you can hear a sort of clicking noise. That's the sound of bones being snapped and reformed into weapons and tendrils. It's glorious!

I just got to say The way Venom transforms on Eddie, is like a protective coating like an armor to protect Eddie While Cletus' transformation into Carnage is turning his skin inside out, like revealing the devil under his skin in a horrific way because his blood is bonded to the symbiote
Fans were saying the same thing back when Venom appeared only at the very end of Spider-Man 3, but at least now with Sony giving him his own solo outings he's been able to have a lot more moments to truly shine compared to the limited role he played in Sam Raimi's sequel.
I disliked how often Carnage and Cletus argued and kept themselves separate from each other. the whole reason Carnage is so terrifying in the comics is because of how bonded they are, they are truly one entity, there is no "We" like what Venom and Eddy says, it's always "I am Carnage". The design of Carnage is amazing, but the personality changes and how tame he is in comparison to his comic counterpart is disappointing.
“I will let you eat everybody!” “Promise?!” “I promise!” “Oh, YEAH!” Why did they remove that last line from the movie? It sounded like the perfect line to start the fight!
The funny thing this is only the first time Anne Weying has been kiddnapped or put in danger in these films, in 90s comics she hardly went a single issue she appeared in without being kiddnapped or put some kind of danger.

I just realised now that the piece of choral music playing at the start of this scene is exactly the same music that is featured in the Hey Arnold! episode ‘Olga Gets Engaged’. I was watching the episode when I heard this piece of music play in the background when Helga was talking to Olga, and it instantly brought this scene from Venom: Let There Be Carnage to mind. I even compared the music pieces in the two scenes, and they are both the same, if slightly conducted differently in terms of music and volume.
