I think a major issue of riots fight was that black and grey are kinda harder to differentiate in a dark setting. I know carnage is a dark red but it just makes him much more visible to see who is who and what's happening
What? This fight is much worse and the lighting is terrible and so dim. The fight with riot is so crisp and clean you could see everything. This movie was a massive step down.

Gotta say they nailed the look and sound of Carnage in this movie. He’s so menacing. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that what Serkis said about Carnage surviving is true.
If I remember correctly there was a spiderverse story were Carnage bonded with an insane Peter Parker and terrorised different dimensions. With the multiverse happening in the MCU a surviving Carnage would make a great villain if they used a similar storyline (plus it could be interesting way to combine MCU multiverse, Spider-verse & Sony universe stories)
I think the venom symbiote will attach to MCU Peter, and after that someone else (maybe Mac Gargan to create anti venom at some point) and it will breed and carnage will be reborn somehow

I like how the Carnage symbiote is desperately fighting back by itself with very fast movement, just before it gets eaten by Venom. I also think the sound effects of Carnage, as it is being devoured, are quite similar to the sound effects in the Spectacular Spider Man TV series when Venom is weakened.

The detail when Eddie speaks, you can see Venom's mouth move as well. This movie was botched a lil bit but at least we finally got to see Carnage on the big silver screen. :)
