Given Carnage is in Kasidy’s blood, if he was decapitated, that immediately brings back Carnage. It’s likely Carnage did revive Kasidy’s lost head off camera. After all, once Venom killed Kasidy, Venom, Eddie, and Anne had to immediately leave the scene because the law enforcement was there and they didn’t want to get detected and put in custody. So it’s possible Carnage, and Kasidy ain’t permanently dead and given Carnage’s history of coming back from impossible situations, this wouldn’t be the last we ever see of Carnage especially when Venom is now in the MCU.

The problem with R ratings is that they only bring in half of what the average PG-13 does at the box office. Cinemas already refuse to show anything NC-17. So it won’t be long before they refuse to show R ratings
