No doctor or medical facility, except ER, is willing to treat you if you don't have the WCB number which may take weeks to get after filling claim with the WCB...

I certainly understand that it might feel like nobody’s willing to treat you without a claim number, but most doctors who understand the Worker’s Compensation system and accept the insurance in New York State will take your case. Often times they are more inclined to do so when you are represented by an attorney, because the doctor will be more confident that the case will be prosecuted properly with better chances of success, which means that not only will you get paid but they will get paid as well

Can you do a video on 616A.030 and 616A.265 would love to hear your thoughts and how you would tackle these types of cases. I got a denial on these and I have video footage and medical records.

You seem to be asking about Nevada injury cases. We don’t handle those claims. You should contact your local bar association!

You have great and very informative videos. How about one on the topic of " UNINSURED EMPLOYERS"?

I always think it’s worth being safe and filing a claim. You certainly wanna make sure any causally related medical bills get paid. You also want to make sure, just in case there’s ever any problems down the road, that you have the coverage available for you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. I hope you feel better and good luck.
