Maybe not on the same level with India, but we’re far behind neighboring countries like Singapore and their SG Clean certification for hawkers and market stalls, Malaysia and their cleanliness certificate for food vendors (Sijil Penarafan Kebersihan Premis Makanan), or Thailand with their “Clean Food Good Taste” campaign.
It’s not good for us Indonesians to be complacent with the level of cleanliness if we want our food to be world class.
