He's actually pretty fluent in English, we're talking about grammatical skills here. If you replace his accent with that of someone with an American or English accent he would sound just fine. He has an accent but that doesn't dismiss his fluency in english. (He's not TOO fluent, but he is still fluent)

Stereotype comes from within , distinguishing mainstream from stereotype is stereotyping oneself , he’s a good actor , he does best what hes doing , trying to replace robert de niro for a role and trying to fit in that is downgrading himself thinking he dsdn get casted as hes being stereotyped , hey your a different person but bringing that difference on ur self is you , ppl still love u for what ur doing and done .
