    My truck is not leaking inside the cab yet, but out by the bypass hoses very little,why is that?does the bypass and heater core get clogged or what causes that to leak ?

      Mine started on the outside too but gonna soak to the inside. Why it leaks is the heater core design. It’s not one piece like traditionally would and it tends to to flex cuz there are 2 plastic joints on it. What I can say it is design to break for price gouging.

Honestly why it leaks at the bypass hose is actually the heater core joint unfortunately. Took me a while to find it.

    What is the heater core part number I saw it online $115 but dealership said $348 from kw and peterbilt said 450$

      @@rndygong Honestly I don’t really know. What I normally do is call my local MHC which I have an account there and just order what I want. But it’s a case where I order parts by my VIN#. I would call a Peterbilt or Kenworth store and ask for the part #

      No I didn’t. But I kept had to top off coolant and it bugged me.

      A number of things can cause that but start with your AC system. I can’t elaborate with such little information.
