Thank you for sharing. I have a tip for those trying. Try adding in a tsp of lemon juice or the juice of half a lemon to you strawberries and basil mixture. It softens the strawberries as if they were cooked and will lighten up the dish. Also the acid from the lemon juice starts to break down the fruit making it easier to digest. As someone with IBD and celiac this helps me tolerate raw fruit.

Please please don’t just wipe out your dry ingredient bowl! Flour is a raw ingredient and can carry e.coli, and can contaminate what it touches, just like raw chicken. This recipe looks fantastic and I can’t wait to try it. But bake safely!

I actually used oat milk in this and it turned out perfectly! My partner is dairy free and I almost always substitute oat milk in all my bakes

If you cool the pan for only 10 minutes it probably won’t stick.
