I'm in the same boat. Lowsec was a scary prospect for me, but after watching I worked up the courage and fitted up a tiny Atron and headed out there and I'm having a good time and making some pretty good money! I'm getting better at DScanning and avoiding the hunters!
Great video! I have watched almost every one of your eve videos and it’s been very helpful as I just started playing eve last month. Don’t know that I have a favorite ship at this point but I would say the Imicus is it for now as it’s how I make my money exploring relics. I will send an email in game as well. We'll I took down my first Clone Soldier with this fit (Including the bravado!) Ran out of cap, so I just orbited till it recharged enough to finish him off as incoming damage was manageable. Thanks for the tips and tactics, IT works exactly as you say. For regular rats I put a tech II armor rep in and save the nanites for clones! :D
Since i started, i have passed through all those levels from belt ratting to mining to mission running Currently mining in a procurer full level, level 4s are easy and now belt ratting doesnt pay up as much as it did Its all thanks to you Thank you so much!

A bit late for the giveaway, but I'm still happy to share my favorite ship! The HERON! This bad boy allows me to perform multiple roles just by switching my modules in and out. Very fun to play with a prototype cloak while scanning, people come and go but have no idea where I went!
My personal favorite is the Dragoon. It's rather cheap and I can put together a decent fit for it that doesn't exceed 3.5 mil. (I am a newbro after all). However, after watching this vid, I'll probably give the Coercer a try. :) (I know the giveaway was over but wanted to share).
My favorite ship is the Astero. I couldn’t tell you how many I have lost. It is such a versatile ship, pve, pvp, it doesn’t matter. A lot of fun can be had in that little ship. I have two set up in different ways that I use to try and get into trouble. Edit. I don’t need the isk.
I don't know if you'll mention it, only 1/2 into the vid atm. But alternatively, if you warp in rush rep under the targets guns, drop a BM right their bounce out recharge and dive right back in under the guns or at least alot closer...
Yeah if you land close enough to burn into a close orbit that is coll. It is when you land 40km + off I look to find a warp in point closer like an asteroid xD
Been playing since 04, my fave ship is the Stabber and Stabber Fleet Issue. Yes the Stabber, it's a beautiful ship and its critics need to 'fly' it right.
At present I'm enjoying the Dragoon with its drone capacity and my T2 drones hammering through the Sisters of Eve arc. After I'll take it down low sec and play, start getting some kills on mi Hull. Message you in game also from Dragonetta.

My favourite ship is a toss-up between the Thrasher for ratting, and the Moa, for the model and long-range sniping. Caracal comes close for play style, but I can't get over the missile load speed. How do you compensate for that? Hybrid is a 5s load and I have 80 shots per load, projectile is 7.5s, but missile (on my Caracal anyway) is 35s on 19 missiles. I spend much of a long fight watching the damage coming in. Are there skills that I haven't found or learned that overcome that? Unlike the noob in the vid, who bought his way into the game (1 day in flying a 75M ship I don't think!), I enjoy building the ISK slowly, although your scanning vids draw me to low sec often.
40 mil sent Toby, have fun with it... xD You basically fly the caracal to the beat of the launchers, they can be a real pain sometimes, i have missed a lot of kill shots and seen enemies rep up during reload.. just remind yourself it is way more dps. I now find regular light launcher very odd xD
@@daddex9222 I've just flown a few Serpentis Refuge (level 2) sites. In the Caracal each site takes 10 minutes. In a railgun Moa, same skill, it's 3 minutes and no heart-racing. I can't really see why a missile boat is the answer. I'll keep trying. Thanks for the ISK o7
My favorite ship is 100% the rifter. Since the moment I made this character, stopped playing, started playing, stopped playing, and started playing again - it has never looked sweeter. I will never get over just how beautiful this ship is, even if it has been changed for the worse (better? idk, everyone seems to argue about it)
It is a great looking ship and still effective too. There was a time when they where the solo pvp meta ship, like drake fleets were. I like the better balance these days.. it got a bit dull. 40 mil sent, have fun with it xD
You sell them. the best prices for the tags from 0.4/3 is usually a concorde station, sell them to the npc, same as abyss loot. the tags from 0.1/2 are best sold in a trade hub, just as you would any other item, but as always, check the current market screen :)

Fav ship is the Merlin. Started with eve in it. Had amazing fun cuddling the rats with it. Learned how to fly close range. Looks nice as a bonus 😉

Right now I am exploring in a Heron and I love it’s look and being sneaky in it.
My favorite ship has to be the thrasher. As I am a NewBro, and they are easily replaceable.
