Jeff, I did my part, did you win?
I really like that Toyota put alloy wheels and some meaty thick tires on the LE. Some people want a cushy ride, less chance of tire damage from potholes, better MPGs, and long lasting tires.
I made the mistake of getting my 2012 Camry with the 18” wheels. Not only does it chew through tread, but Ohio/Pennsylvania roads have ruined multiple tires and a rim.
I think most people should want all those things. I certainly do
Those wheels look absolutely tiny though
Listwn im a sucker for low profiles and nice black rims
seems 17" tires should be a better choice. 205 width is a little narrow. I think 17" with 215 width is perfect.
The lower end base models need more coverage. Thanks for this
LE AWD finished in Ocean Gem body color! Perfect trim & body color for me 💚
I agree with you
buy it now! put your deposit in before they all gone! hurry!
The LE model is all people really need. Everything else above this is wanted luxury
@@whyallthefuss201I agree mate 😁
@@whyallthefuss201highly agree, I got an xse a couple years ago and I regret it. Reliable car but the seats are uncomfortable on long drives and it gets really hot. Might sell it and get thus camry le.
Thank you for all the info! I’m a new sales consultant at Toyota of Greer in SC and these videos are helping me educate the customers🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great content Jeff. Nice features on LE model. Can't wait to see the higher end models.
Honda execs sweating bullets seeing this..
Yeah this is WAY better than the Accord. In the past it was the opposite.
@@joeyGalileoHotto I’ve been a lifelong Honda driver but will give Toyota this round by a long margin. Had the former kept the 2.0T for the 11th Gen, it would made up for its less than stellar exterior but at as it stand the latter has a clean interior/exterior, more safety tech and more HP plus an AWD option which Honda still refuses to put on their sedans. It’s obvious who the winner is here…
Well the Honda Accord died with the 11th Generation in 2023. The 9th Generation Toyota Camry is a huge embarrassment and the worst Camry that Toyota has ever made. Looks like Honda won. If it's a Hybrid or EV they make the perfect vehicle for a drone target. Kaboom!
I dont think so. id rather have the accord looks way better
@richscott2483 i agree. hybrid only means they lost me as a customer ill hold onto my camry V6
Thank You Been Waiting For The LE Review
Thank you for the detailed review!! ❤️
I really want one now, this trim and color is perfect!
The all wheel drive gets 50 mpg in the LE model. That’s the best mpg for any all wheel drive.
The rear motor is electric so maybe its only active when really needed.
Finally, LE trim with cloth seats and optional MOONROOF! Fantastic!
Moonroof are over rated. I never open mine because it brings in dust. It leaks water into the car when left uncleaned.
@@1HeatWalk It's a nice option that base model vehicles never get. If you want to talk about overrated, it's leather or fake leather seats!!!!
Sunroof is an OPTION... good!... Sunroofs are useless...
but if I had to have one, it's gotta be panoramic... Pano or bust!
So I'd go LE no sunroof or loaded XLE.... those are the only legit Camry choices!
The sunroofs are so good man at night. But if i was buying o e brsnd new for work purposes and getting the cheapest one pissible to increase my business profit margins i wouldnt get it
Too funny Jeff!!! 👏👏👏 Keep the reviews coming!! 😉✅
You got it!!
i miss the days when a base model camry cost just a little over 20k, now it's 10k more....
To be fair you’re getting more for your money. I bought a new 2011 Camry LE for 20k 14 years ago. But there wasn’t any sunroof, touchscreen, hybrid, AWD, or any of the standard safety features like BSM, rear cross traffic alert. This new LE starts at 28-29. So it’s about right. The problem is our wages didn’t really go up that much in the last 14 years.
@@sammyjammy6647 the sunroof isn't standard, you have to pay extra to get it. You have to pay extra for AWD too
@@sammyjammy6647technology advances, there are features that are not even invented back then, and now they are cheap to be equipped at all trim levels. So that’s not an excuse
People when Camrys were 20k: “I miss the days when a base model camry cost just a little over 10k, now it’s 10k more…..”
@@sachinnair91 you’re right I did the builder Toyota‘s website and I added the convenience package, the all wheel drive, and the sunroof. Came out to 33,365. That’s with delivery and all that stuff. Yeah that’s high but at least the power plant you’re getting is going to be the same thing that you would get even if you got the $41,000 one.
So Toyota made alloy wheels, rear ac vents , blind spot monitors as standard and took out power seats, push button start and smart door unlocks (these 3 now come with convenience package for additional 1000$) . I guess it's a good decision since BSM is a must now a days.
Push button start is still standard on all trims, but yeah they made smart door unlocks a part of the convenience package. I think the newly standard features are worth the tradeoff.
honestly i hate power seats
I would toss that grand in on the LE and the leather trim still got a great car for a good price if the jackals don't get to it first with the BS worthless additional nonsense nobody ask for.
@@1Springloaded right so annoying they add in additional accessories no one asked for. And that $400 diamond coat windshield protectant some dealers require is BS garbage!
i just bought mine two days ago in ice cap! first toyota & super nervous if i made the right choice but you made me feel better about it. thank you for the review! 😊
You can never go wrong with a Camry extremely reliable and it holds its value in the long run.
@@starrlord_2319 It'll easily last you 15-20 years and will not have to buy another car again for a long time, take care of it and it'll take care of you.
Can’t wait to see the XLE Jeff !
Coming this week and it’s NICE
what? Jeff comes in size XLE? Jef need to go on a diet and PUT ON SOME PANTS already!
The MPG difference between the LE and the other trims is quite interesting. All the other trims take a significant hit that puts them closer to 40 than 50 mpg.
@bigdug13 probably due to the wheel size
Looks a lot like the old Lexus ES, BEAUTIFUL!
ToyotaJeff great video I've learned so much about the Camry although I don't have it in my country (Costa Rica)
I've watched and re-watched all your Corolla videos many times as I'm getting close on buying my first car ever.
Just wondering do you know anything about the Yaris? I know it's no longer available in the US, but we have it down here in Sedan, Cross and Hatchback.
I'm eyeing the Sedan and just wondering if it's as good as the Corolla in terms of reliability, I know drivetrain is not as good with its tiny 1.5 4cyl.
Thank you, you are the best!
After watching over 10 reviews finally see that the passenger is height adjustable on the LE. Thanks Jeff
What do you like about new 2025 Camry so far? Anything you don't like so much? Thanks for Subscribing! Jeff
Would be nice if there was a hatchback option...
Fuel tank size... Thank you!... you're first to mention. Not even listed on Toyota's Specs site
13 gallon tank means ~690 mile city range on the LE fwd
Why don't these car reviewers talk about range?!... Range isn't just about road trips... A bladder-busting range also means far fewer trips to the gas station in your day-to-day life!
Over 600 mile range is good
Over 600 mile range is good
@TheAnnoyingBoss not only good, but RARE!... and, again, closer to 700 on the LE if you're mostly City
Jeff, thank you for the review on this trim level… My lease on my RAV4 hybrid SE is coming up within eight months and I was waiting for the Camry to come out as I have owned several of them in the past, but never like the fact that you couldn’t get hybrid and all-wheel-drive all in.
I’m never a big fan of the base models until I saw this and all of the standard features you get on it and by adding all-wheel-drive, which is great here in upstate New York
I built one to my specifications and I was getting $34,303 for a hybrid/four-wheel-drive fully loaded base model… That is a bargain! Then throw in 50 miles to a gallon
I’m also going to check out the SE the one I really want is the SE but if I’m going to spend $42,000 for fully loaded XSE I’m going to get a RAV4 XSE…
I’ve already sat down with my car salesman two numbers and told him to make sure that as soon as they get them in to let me know so I can go up and test drive an LE and SE… probably will test drive an XSE knowing that I doubt can’t afford that one
Toyota hit a home run with this in my opinion
Do any of the trims come with ambient lighting? I know a small feature for some but I like if it’s done right it adds a little something more like the sonata in the same price point
Wow, this a sweet ride. Don't think I'll regret buying the CCH for its height, but this Ocean Gem color is so nice.
Awesome 📹 😊
Woohooo
Similar to the passenger seat, can you pump up the drivers seat?
It's a refresh from the outside and redesign in the inside. I call it a 50/50 for this Camry.
Jeff does best review on RUclips. Make me want to trade in my Rav4 for a 2025 Camry.
Thanks for the kind words
That’s what I’m saying. I have a RAV4 too. Makes me want to pick one of these up lol.
Jeff is Toyota's BORAT. He needs to put on some pants!
Jeff, The 2025 Camry LE must have been declared a national treasure because they won't ship them north of the border. Our base Camry for 2025 is the SE😱
I would seriously consider buying one. Mark.
I will definitely buy this in the future 😢
You are the number one for car reviews!
So I would need to charge the car ? Or can I put gas in it ? I don’t want to be worried about the car being charged when I wake up to go to work in the morning unfortunately need to get a new car as soon as possible and it’s going to be a Camry hybrid
You know that meme with the guy with his girlfriend looking back at the hot woman? Well the guy is me with my Mazda checking out all Toyota Hybrids! 😆
Le with all upgrades is best bargain in camry lineup.
Auto climate control on a LE model? What a time to be alive.
I’m in the market for a vehicle. I’ve always heard do not get a car in its first year of a new model. Considering the ‘25 Camry basically has the same frame/build as a ‘24 Camry, does this rule of thumb go out the window?
Toyota makes really good reliable hybrids, this is a car I would get the first model year also it’s similar to last gen in some ways.
I’d consider the 2025 Camry a heavy refresh, not unlike the 2014 to 2015 Camry. It’s a lot of parts bin, so I’d say it’s a safe bet, but if you want something guaranteed to outlive your great grandchildren I’d get a 2024 at a discount.
I mean uts basically tbe same camry thats been out they just refresh the design massaging it to keeo it looking fresh. When they say zero carbon footprint its a lie there is no such thing.
The "do not get a car in its first year of a new model" applies to ALL cars except Toyota since Toyota incrementally improves their cars & tests them BEFORE selling them to the public.
If you are planning to buy a car to use next 10 years ++
Then buy camry😮
AWD for 7 additional HP... How small of a motor did they put in the back? I'm curious how much that actually helps in sticky situations
A lot of time you don’t need much power.. this car is definitely not for offroading, so I’m assuming it’s meant for icy/ snowy conditions.. on those conditions sending tons of power to the rear does not help traction, rather a gentle propulsion gives it the best traction to avoid getting stuck.
So the mighty Accord has officially been dethrone as the family mans sports car. This still looks like a Camry thank goodness. Not grandpa's retirement ride. (Honda). Nice job Toyota and nice job Toyota Jeff 👍🏻👍🏻
The only thing i wished Toyota did was make the 12 inch screen standard on all trims or I’d definitely get the LE trim but it’s gonna be the SE for me
I thought I would want the larger screen also however Kirk Kriefels did a review on the LE and he said the smaller screen is much easier to operate than the larger screen on the SE, XSE, and XLE for the driver..I will be testing them for myself in making my decision. I might be an oddball, but I do much prefer the 16 inch wheels and tires versus the 18 or 19 inch wheels and lower profile tires because they have a Far superior ride and longer tire life and are far less likely to damage the wheels.
do you watch your screen as you drive your Toyota? Screen size doesnt matter, you are nit picking. Screen size is a marketing tool for Toyota to have yo spent more money.
@@richarddobson3138Kirk was talking about the the smaller instrument cluster vs the 12” fully digital ones in higher trims, it the infotainment screen.
@dukeho4044 on the video he did strictly on the LE he clearly stated the 8" screen was much more driver friendly than the 12" screen on higher models
Maybe include that $1095.00 “processing fee” when talking about pricing.
Man I'd love to get back into another Toyota, used to have a 2012 Camry XLE V6 and loved it, now in a 2016 Accord LX, but man I'd go back to Toyota in a heart beat, love the new models and Toyota is really stepping up their game in quality, for a simple economy car this would be perfect and all you'd need.
pretty Accords.
Highlight of video: the swoosh sounds Jeff makes during the Segways. Who needs special effects!
I'm really impressed that they gave a heated seat option for this base model. I'm pretty sure its the only base model of any non-luxury product that gets heated seats at all, save for the GTI.
Nice vehicle. So basicly you can add your favourite rims and that’s it. Camry is already enough stylish and sporty.
When will we be able to buy it in Europe?
Hold up. Camry hybrid comes w a spare tire?! That’s definitely a huge plus over the accord hybrid.
Elle est magnifique.
Does the 2025 Camry LE come with standard power driver seat?
it doesn’t
does it need to be plugged in to charge like a full electric vehicle?
No, it's not a plug in hybrid. I believe that's the Toyota prime vehicles
Nice. ❤
Jeff is the best in showcasing the most affordable model and comparison between the models available
Love San Diego. My favorite city in the US.
Anyone know any good Toyota dealerships in the San Diego area that doesn’t mark up or charge more for your potential car purchases? 😢
What engine oil they use? 0w8?
0w1
0W0
Toyota should have kept the 18.5 gallon-tank
It has more range and is faster to fill up than any tesla bro
Is the 2025 Camry made in Texas? I see the Texas plates.
Toyota's corporate HQ is in Plano Texas. Camry factory is in Kentucky
Did I see a crown signia in the side mirror
If I ever think buying a new car makes any sense (never have in 50 yrs here on the planet) and something ever happened to my awesome manual 15 Scion XB.. I’d consider one of these for 28,000. Just get the heated seats and sunroof, I’m good!
When is the crown Signia releasing?
This summer!
@@Toyotajeff what about reviews like this releasing for the Toyota crown Signia ?
@@_Ahkila From what I heard from a car reviewer, the first week of June you’ll see the reviews. I think it’s a very weird tactic that they did because everyone that review the Camry was also reviewing the new crown Signia at the same time (they can’t talk about because embargo reasons), so I think Toyota wanted to separate the intention from both cars since the Camry will be available sooner than the Signia.
I love the LE, it’s faster and feels lighter than the SE. However the seats were horrible in the previous generations. You would develop back pain if you sit on them for 30 minutes.
Are you fat or have back problems becsuse for me i can sit in a wooden chair for an hour and feel no pain but afyer that i say damn let me stretch my legs at least i need a stretch more than anything
Super here is yours basic camry with your no less than 72 months payments and 12% apr with good credit for 54000 dollars.enjoy
Nah more like 20% down, 48 months, at 4.49% APR for just under $35,000 after taxes & fees. That would be the Tacoma though, that's a ridiculous price to pay for a base model mid size truck at $50k when you can get a base model F-150 XL for about as much as that.
It would have been nicer if they would have put a 12V outlet right under the front usb ports, instead of in the center storage.
This aint no Tesla, BMW or Mercedes, but it's pretty nice. Way better than the new accord in my opinion!!!
No, it isn't. It's reliable unlike those other makes.
@@jameswillett7186 that’s what I said it’s not luxury and high tech like bmw Mercedes or Tesla to name a few but it’s still nice
Don’t care if this is the most basic trim level or not, 16-inch wheels on a car of this size at this price point is unacceptable.
The only reason I am not complaining about hybrids is because they make it too hard to NOT get start/stop
I started to like start stop but only if its equickly dienguagable with a button because sometimew i hit a stop sign and i dont want the engine to shut off on me becsise im hitting the brakes and the gas right away as im thenonly one in the intersection. Pulling in the garage im inching gorward and the engine is dying on me so theres 2 situations there where i dont like auto start stop. Where i do like it is when im at a busy fast food drive through i inch 1 car length up every 60 seconds or whatever.
Très belle allure comme une voiture de sport. Comme modèle de Camaro
Good deal
Sadly at a dealer it will be marked 35-38kk
hope all these dealerships don't charge 5000 over msrp.
You know they will go crazy with the markups!
With delivery fee included 33K for a loaded LE lol. License fee and stuff that probably put it over 34K.
Thats their plan thats right where thet get people to pay.
Don’t forget dealers are going to markup like crazy!
@letsrock6992 Under NO circumstances should anyone pay a mark-up on any vehicle. Especially given the fact that vehicles depreciate in value shortly after they are driven off of the dealership lot. If a dealership insists on playing the mark-up game, or engages in any other crooked chicanery, go somewhere else. I'm sure that Jeff would agree; if I thought that he was dishonest, I wouldn't be subscribed to his channel.
Oh my Ghawd
Uber drivers special
Giant front grill is ugly as hell.. beside toyota dealers want so much markup on their cars. It's just ridiculous in Southern California what the expect you to pay over MSRP... People should refuse to buy cars with markup. There are plenty of other good options.
The clowns say "its my dream car" so we have ussr auto pricing
I thought it was just me. The front grill is hideous imo.
Pricing is good on the east coast here, multiple dealers around me have the 2025 Camrys marked 2000 under MSRP. Dealers are back to normal for me atleast
Wish they’d go back to using hood struts on the Camry🫤🫤
Yes they should have the gas struts. Can add them yourself.
Prop rod is the best most reliable longest lasting. LE model you kinda want that one to have less crap to go bad on it. Less features they can say arent working in 10 years when you go to sell it.
Prop rod is the perfect simple never fail solution.
Bring back the V6.
I will buy the new camry se .
Nice but let’s talk about how much more it costs than the previous generation…
Expensive
Yes 28 is a lot.
OK the rim spoilt the beauty
Bought a 2018 Camry and boy what a mistake that was. Car had absolutely no power and claimed like 38mpg city/highway and got absolutely no where near that no matter how hard I tried.
Yeah you don’t really buy Camrys for power now do you? If you wanted power you could’ve gotten the V6

Why do you keep saying that alloy wheels weren't standard on the previous generation? You sell Toyotas. You should know that the previous generation LE had alloy wheels as well.
Last years (2024) LE hybrid had STEEL wheels + plastic hubcaps.
@@shoersa Correct, the LE Hybrid had steel wheels. The LE did not.
I really wish Mercedes makes this type of interior 😢
32k for le is way to much
LE as in Least Expensive.
They should call it HV for highest value. You pay the least and the bang fof buck is high. It costs a lot to pay a ton for these higher end trims and you pay 40k and it depriciates to 19k in 8 years and by 12 its at like 9k and at 15 its at like 5k and it needs a battery and a bunch of plastoc you might replace a thing here or there. The headlights will be all faded and junk if they even still work. So you buy the LE and you lay 10k less than a higher trim thats 10k less to lose.
Bring back the V6 and don’t make it a hybrid
Not happening, so get over it already! 😂
Hybrid is the future for the next 100 years..not full electric.
Love the LE but they hide the heated seats behind 2k of useless options
