Since he didnt show it, he does have that many followers on his tiktok account and hes built it over years and didnt do this method for a few months to get it there.
He averages 3-9k views per video and maybe has one over 100k views every 20 or so videos. And 1 over a million views per 50-80 videos.

I actually did do it in a few months. I got to 500k followers my first year on tiktok…then I got bored of tiktok and moved on to RUclips. 🤷‍♂️
