This woman is a goddess! She has done more to inspire, support, and nurture artists than anyone I have ever come across. Her generosity of spirit and her limitless talent are awe inspiring. There is no one like Teesha!
I made a book for Grandson's first birthday, following Teesha's perfect directions, it was so much fun, so personal and brought everyone much joy, Thanks Teesha, you are amazingly wonderful!
I've been struggling for ages to do more than sit in my studio, uninspired even with all of these art supplies around me. I watched all of these videos yesterday, some of them more than once, and can't tell you how much I appreciate feeling motivated and actually excited to get started. You've combined my favourite things - fabric and painting. Thank you for sharing in a way that makes it feel doable and brings back that happy-to-get-to-work feeling I've been missing for so long.
Thank you so much for generously sharing your techniques & creative process! I am so excited to get started on a new journal. You are inspiring, to say the least.
Thank you, Teesha, for putting this video out there. I just started collaging in my journal and I didn't even know what to call it till a good friend told me what it was. DUH. I just forgot the word. But you have inspired me to even greater creativity. I don't draw well, but I think I'm judging my work by old traditional standards. After seeing your art, I realize that what I make doesn't have to fit a mold. And I don't have to draw if I don't like it. Or I can if I do! OK, I'm rambling here. But thank you for sharing your work and process. It was invaluable for me.
Hi Teesha I love what you do. I have made my own art journals from my stash of paper and you are one of the first people who inspired me to do so. I am linking this site on my blog and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. Thank you. Aileen :)
I did this with my students this past summer and they loved it so much we will do it again this summer. I did cut down the number of pages as some of the kids felt overwhelmed so we added them on as they completed pages
I used tag board work fine but I was short 2inches from the 30. Got really cheap paint from family dollar, string and a needle to sew them together or a stapler, magazines. Sorry just found out the channel
Where the heck was that? That seems highly outrageous. What did they do to make it, chew the tree, spit it into a mold and press it with the clean gentle bottoms of baby royalty?
Oh whew! Never mind, I found a place where I can get a sheet for $5.39. I wonder why that other place is soooooo expensive? Goes to show, don't stop comparative shopping on the place you find. LOL!

That sheet of paper costs $584.99 at one place I looked. I can't afford that. Is there any other paper you recommend that sells for around $20.00 ?
@Gisel052
$584.99??? Is that a typo?
I used tag board
@@melharder3000 isn’t tag board stiff?
Yes

@Gisel052 where did you find the 22x30 sheet so reasonably priced?
Sure you do. Grab a pencil and start writing/drawing.
Beautiful!
