Thank you so much for sharing all these excellent routines. The water is probably most cost-effective? 🙂 I love the picture relaxing, snacking with chop-sticks. Many thanks again: my hygienist has given me a 10/10 marks in dental health.
Please consider (everyone reading this) using the biodegradable teeth picks, they are usually made out of cornstarch and just as effective. Thank you. We have too much plastic ending up in our oceans, landfills, and I even see them on the street - yuck.
Whitney, what do you think of using a rubber tip daily (in addition to, not as a replacement for, flossing) to keep gums healthy? I started "rubber tipping" about a year ago, and I think it has indeed improved the health of my gums. PS: I just discovered your channel, and I love it! Kind regards.
@@TeethTalk Thank you so much for responding! Do you happen to have any videos or blog posts about rubber tipping technique? I think I'm doing it correctly, but I would certainly watch/read anything you've produced on the subject. (If not, no worries. I just thought I'd ask because you have so many great videos that I may very well have scrolled right past the one on this topic!)
the ones that contain sugar are bad! but the sugar-free ones are not as bad! not sure if they contain xylitol -- if so then they are great! I would always stick to xylitol-containing mints if you want to improve oral health!
Thats right, I think if you used Act before dinner you would have to leave it on the teeth for 30 minutes or something. I ve even heard leave your flouride toothpaste in your mouth for 2 minutes dont rinse. Then after two miserable whole minutes spit out the toothpaste but dont rinse. Personally Ive heard over the radio 2 years ago that flouride in toothpaste causes osteoporosis. So i try to avoid flouride tooth paste because my radiogram of my lower jaw indicates 50 percent bone loss. Either im mal nourished or the crest i used to always use caused bone loss. I cant prove it but im suspicious. You can brush your teeth with baking soda and rinse with hydrogen peroxide and water. No crummy aftertaste from flouride or saltpeter! But thats just me. U do your own routine.over and out!

Dear Whitney I think I know what causes depression. Lack of brushing ones teeth! The bacteria are at war with our teeth and gums and our stomachs and imtestines etc. And of course our sinuses and brains. Its my own fault i quit brushing, the result: depression! Its when the cells compless and i would assume the bad bacteria attack the cells and thats why why we dint feel so good. Just a theory maybe Im wrong. All i know is the mylan sheath of our nerves need b 1 and other vitamins to function. Vitamin deficiency leads to scury and internal rot. Not drinking enough water also deflates the cells ergo depression.😅

Wahoo just signed up for the free Invisalign from your newsletter!!!
Here’s the link y’all bit.ly/ttg-free-invisalign
Ha Ha I just did too!
is it legit, sounds like a scam cause like isnt invisaline very expensive, but if you sign up its free?
Exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks Whitney 😊
Wow!!! I just learned something. I never knew that breathing through your mouth was bad.
thank you for watching! and YESSS this was new to me too! so much great dental research always learning new things!
PSA: if you have dogs, be VERY vigilant about your xylitol gum. It's extremely toxic for dogs.
Yea it’s kinda toxic to humans it can mess up your stomach.
Here in India old culture is still following like neem stick is used as a natural brush for brushing. 🙌🙌
Thank you so much for sharing all these excellent routines.

“Compoooter” 😂 gosh; I love you. ♥️
Whoa whoa whoa…
You glossed right over something that seems like a bombshell. Why are we waiting 30 minutes to brush our teeth after eating?
video coming soon all about it!!! but quick deets -- it gives your saliva time to neutralize the pH of your mouth! hope this helps!
You make me so happy 😊
you make me happy!! thank you for watching!
How about water with lemon juice (about 1oz per L). Is that killer bad for your teeth, or worth the health benefits?
Amazing routine❤👏🏻
PEACE LOVE TEETH 🦷 ❤️🪥🦷💛💖🦷💜💙
PLT!!!
@@TeethTalk😊😊😊
Why do you recommend waiting 30 minutes before brushing your teeth?
Because your mouth is more acidic after eating for roughly 30 mins.
Yeppp!!! Video coming out soon more about the 30 minute rule!!!
@@TeethTalk Awesome! I would have thought it would be better to brush right away.
Major respect to all the weirdos at 3:34 who have the discipline to watch TTG, yet choose to eat an apple for "dessert" after gummy worms!
😂😂😂
What is your opinion about brushing before or after breakfast?
before! here's my video explaining: ruclips.net/video/WMSip4u22bg/видео.html
Peace love teeth ❤. Thank you
PLT!
and hair grease! 😁
To neutralise the acid or after meal,Can we purchase xylitol and make a xylitol rinse out of it? Will it work as well as the xylitol gum? 😊

Aren't apples acidic?
I’m confused.. are we supposed to wait 30 min after eating to brush our teeth? 🤷🏻♀️
yep! you're supposed to wait 30 minutes after eating to brush if you can! full video about this coming soon! stay tuned!
Do you think teeth vitamns are good for your teeth
what kind of water do you drink?
Is it true that Mentos mints are bad for your teeth/mouth?
the ones that contain sugar are bad! but the sugar-free ones are not as bad! not sure if they contain xylitol -- if so then they are great! I would always stick to xylitol-containing mints if you want to improve oral health!

Sadly my nose has a blockage and at times i have no choice but to breathe with my mouth
same!!! I ended up getting deviated septum surgery and it changed my lifeeeeee
@@TeethTalk should i commit to doing the surgery? Been putting it on hold as the doctor says may grow back🫠
