not sure that using the number of modes which was enough for the subassembly is right, since more modes will sow up from the rest of the model. you should remember the frequency you found for the 65th mode and for the entire assembly run just the frequency, verifying if you got to the same frequency. if you didn't - increase the num of modes untill you do
