Come along with me for a summer day in the life! I love shopping at Aldi, so what better way than to share a grocery haul of what my family of 5 gets for a week. We try to keep our grocery bill budget friendly and meal plan, and it helps so much! Also, it wouldn't be a Simplistic Home video without thrifting involved. I live in Indiana and the humidity here is no joke. Sometimes when I walk outside in this heat, I feel like I am choking. So very hot!

My little grandbabies love building forts. Pawpaw loves helping too😉 Whew girl.. its been miserable here in Florida!🥵 The past couple weeks the temps we 100°+ by 11:00am every day! You'd start melting 2min out the door🫠 And 2wks without rain is unusual, but we've finally gotten a few days of rain but its still in the 90's. Humidity is awful here too. I wear allot of ball caps or messy buns when my hair needs washing😄 I get all my tanks & most athletic shorts at Walmart. Comfy & affordable! You look amazing for having 3 kids close together.. just star focused you can do it! I lost my baby weight by eating just until i felt full then stopped, no seconds and no desert, no snacking especially at night and trying not to eat after 6:30pm. It was easy with my first at 22yrs old. But with my second i was 36, it was a little harder, just had to discipline myself, i don't like to exercise🥴lol I did walk a little tho. Awwww Theo is a cuteie pie🥰 I was addicted to sweet tea for years, that's all i drank. When I stayed in Florida with my son in 2021 i stayed dehydrated so i started drinking water.. now that's all i drink! About 3 bottles or more a day. I drink a half glass of tea if we eat out, sometimes with my meals at home. My skin has changed dramatically! But I do have a couple cups of coffee every morning tho☕😁 I use Navy body wash and shampoo & conditioner too. Girl I'm actually getting ready to go get groceries in just a few. Since we're staying with my son & DIL, and we also have our grandbabies for a few wks.. we'll be buying & cooking for 6! I'm use to only 2, bless me lord 🙏🏻 lol The salad looks yummy! Wow great deal on that beautiful piece of art!! Love all your crock finds! Baskets too! Enjoyed the video & chatting along😄 TFS!

The only hot dogs we buy are the organic grass fed ones from Aldi! Worth every cent! We just had a cookout and the everyone else loved them too. I also buy the Teton grass fed hotdogs too from Sprouts and Costco!
Girl I feel you on the grocery costs. They are terrible and we are right around the same amount for family of 4. It’s unreal.

I love the Poppi drinks especially the ones you mentioned and the strawberry rose. I’m not a grape person but my husband and 10 year old son like them and that’s a major plus ! I have tried a couple of the olipop and I liked the root beer one .

Hi, I have a question for you, do you still have your china cabinet? If so, could you do a late summer going into fall styling video? ( no lemons) lol! No one has any decent videos up to date. With Targets studio McGee launch of the fall items. Moody colors and decor. Love that! that’s what’s trending right now. Would like to see something like that. I have a black china cabinet. And want to do something different than white dishes. Which looks great. I’m just wanting a refresh and some ideas. Anyway I like the grocery haul too, need to take a cooler to go there myself n we are gettin* an ALDIs in our area soon, otherwise it’s an hour drive to most places to get to the bigger stores for us n with gas prices n inflation make the trips count!
