I have the obsession to be clean and have clean home but my 8yrs old makes a mess all the time so i was frustrated and stopped obsessing .now i decided to be clean and neat even with her help.i want her to realise the value of a clean and tidy home not with shouting at her but in a good mood❤

I live in a tropical country, so it's always "summer" here 😅. School isn't out until the beginning of July, then it's JAVA (July/August Vacation) until September when the new school year starts.
I like to use that time to declutter. Right now my bedroom is a madhouse, so I'm definitely going to take some time to throw out/give away some things.

My kiddos are all officially out of the infant/baby stage and i feel this way! All i can think is one day ill be a grandma and ill get to help grow little humans all over again that come from the little humans i made and love ❤

Hey Jamie, Your back patio looks so relaxing. The Summer time flies by so fast. I don't have plans for a vacation trip this Summer but maybe next Summer. My kitchen counter is our drop zone. Mail gets left there. My weakness are candles and books. I have hundreds of candles. 😮 I miss my kids when they were younger. There is a sweet spot when raising kids to where they are independent on some things but still are easy to entertain. Yes, I love when people can see the results of something I've been working on.

Enjoying summer. We have been bowling a few times, we went swimming at the dam twice this week, and I plan on taking the kids to a movie in the next couple weeks. Life’s been crazy here with running a teen to work and keeping the others occupied with fun things. Today is a in the house day. We’re sunburnt. One kids going to a friends and I plan on doing dishes and laundry and tidying up

Time really does move too fast! I’m a mom of triplet boys. I feel like most of the time when they were little we were just trying to survive. Now they are 17. Soon to be 18! They will be Seniors next year! 😭 ❤
Had surgery on the 21st. Doing ok. I’m a RUclipsr too. So I have a bunch of videos in the “can” to get me through healing. We do decluttering and organizing for older disabled folks. We focus on one task at a time with the focus that you eat an elephant one bite at a time.

I remember when my triplets reached 5 it was a lot easier. It does go in a blink of an eye. Now my triplets are 21 and my youngest is 19. My daughter who is 21 is getting married in August. Now I am entering a different part in my life. I enjoy your videos and I am thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to record and post. I can't imagine it is easy, but your videos do make a difference in my life. Thank you again!

I am a crazy candle lady too! I have a buffet in our dining room I keep stocked in seasonal candles too. My go too spring/summer ones are citrus flavored ones and then fall/winter are usually cinnamon or vanilla flavored! My husband is constantly complaining about the boxes I get from Goose Creek candle co. They are my fav. ❤ also just wanted to say too I have two boys (5 & 2) and I’m also loving this stage of life and sometimes I feel guilty because the baby stage with my 2 year old was really rough I’m honestly glad it’s past that point but it makes me feel guilty that I feel that way! I know it’s normal though and just try to love in the moment! 😊

I quit my job and looking for a new one. I have like 4 interviews set up. I had brown tail moth rash last week (I think it's a Maine thing) and a few days ago I developed flu or bronchitis symptoms so I am livin the dream hahahah. I will be totally fine!

I remember those days and wish I had kept it up. Now, at 66 I have back issues and I am trying to start basically from scratch again to become stronger in my core and legs to help by back. Thank you for the encouragement and reminding me it gets better. Currently towards the end of my maternity leave with a newborn and somedays I feel like I'm just surviving. Not really sure how adding work into the mix is gonna turn out, but trying to keep focused on one day at a time cause it gets overwhelming. My house has been far from perfect in the last couple of months and I'm making peace with that being ok for this season we're in.

Can’t wait to watch this ❤ watching a movie with the hubby before he goes to sleep (he just got off of working nights) and then I’m going to tackle the grout in the hallway, kitchen, and guest bathroom. Hi Jamie, that organizing you did turned out so nice and simple looking. I thrive on simple. I also like the way you didn't stuff the bins to the top. Our weather has been in the 100s too, and I'm with you about its starting to feel like summer. Our school year is the same as yours, and it feels like a short summer. I've had a lot of ups and downs so far that it's caused me so much stress to the point of being sick. I have some areas that need a major decluttering, so hopefully, I can get them done and the garage. I'm so overwhelmed I just need to breathe. Our children in England don’t break the summer holidays until 22nd July 2024 - 2 nd September another month to go at school; our holidays are roughly every 6-7 weeks each term unless we celebrate any other special day bank holidays etc x
