Leek pie 😋 Easy, delicious and economical!

  • Make an easy and delicious Leek pie full of aromas and rich
    in flavors, Ideal for appetizer and main meal.
    MATERIALS
    For the Composition
    6 Sheets Village
    50 gr. Olive Oil for Spreading
    For the filling
    90 gr. Olive oil (6 tbsp)
    5 Middle leeks
    1 Dry Onion
    3 Fresh Onions
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    1/3 Bunch Dill
    1/3 Bunch Diosmo
    2 eggs
    Salt
    Pepper
    250 gr. Feta cheese
    120 gr. Gruyere (1 Cup)
    For the Surface
    1 Egg
    1 tbsp Water

    Prescription Process
    In a pot of boiling water, add the chopped leeks
    Boil for 3-4 minutes to remove the bitter taste
    We drain them to remove their liquids
    On a medium to high heat, put in a pan 90 gr. olive oil (6 tbsp)
    1 dry onion, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    Sauté for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly
    Add 3 fresh onions, chopped
    5 Leeks cut into thin slices
    Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they have completely absorbed their liquid
    Add salt and black pepper
    Mix and let them caramelize
    Remove from the heat and put the mixture in a bowl
    Add 1/3 bunch of dill, chopped
    1/3 Bunch of mint, chopped and 2 eggs
    250 gr. feta cheese, crumbled
    120 gr. Gruyere, grated (1 Cup)
    Mix until the ingredients are incorporated
    In a pyrex 22X30 cm. smear with olive oil
    Spread one sheet making sure to cover the walls as well
    Sprinkle with olive oil
    We repeat the same process
    Sprinkle olive oil on each leaf separately
    Place 3 leaves on the bottom of the pan
    Cut the excess leaves around the perimeter
    Pour the filling into the pan
    Spread evenly over the entire surface
    Turn the leaves inside out
    Sprinkle with olive oil
    Cover on top with the fourth sheet
    Sprinkle with olive oil
    We follow the same process
    Put a total of 6 village leaves
    Cut the excess dough around the pan
    Fold the edges of the leaves inwards
    Dilute an egg with 1 tbsp. water and smear the surface
    Cut the pie into 9 pieces
    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-60 minutes
    Let it cool a little and serve

    Μπράβο σας όλες οι συνταγές είναι φανταστικές έφτιαξα τη μαρμελάδα μανταρίνι είμαι από Χίο μυρωδάτα μανταρίνια έγινε τέλεια

    οταν μαγειρευουμε με γυμνα χερια τα νυχια μας πρεπει να ειναι ειναι καθαρα οχι βαμμενα με ολο το συγνωμη
