    I bought the same product and I love it. I enjoyed your video very much. BTW the two cap looking things that came with it are adapters so you can screw them onto brake fluid bottles and use them instead of the larger reservoir on the automatic filler which clamps onto the master cylinder. Keep up the good work!

      They were relatively easy to install, getting them centered was the only tedious part but even that was not difficult. Thanks for the heads up on the adapters. If you do the rear brakes in the future you'll need to find the adapters that actually screw into the calipers...or at least ours didn't come with them.

      They’re tricky. I’ve never been able to pull a good suction on the Wilwood caliper bleeders. Thanks for the tip.

    Seems interesting. Might as well try it out. Better to know for yourself and test it out. Good first look. Learned something new watching. Thanks!!!

    Pretty cool product. Didn't know they had those. I only have the hand pump pressurized one. Glad you're making more progress on the car. Thanks for rocking the shirt! Keep grinding, you'll reach 1k! Cheers

    Always wanted to try one of these, but was gun shy about spending the money. You've made the decision to buy one easy for me!

      I never knew I needed one until I bought one but I'm glad I did. This one was basically ready out of the box. Thanks for watching and subscribing!

    I'm glad I bought the Capri Tools CP21029 Vacuum Brake Bleeder for $83 instead. I didn't want the auto-refill either figuring it would eventually end up spilling brake fluid all over the engine compartment removing the paint 😁
    Try using a flare nut wrench so you don't end up rounding off the corners on the bleeder valve and don't open the valve up so much because it will suck air in around the threads which sort of defeats the whole purpose right 😉

    • @YellowJacketGarage
      @YellowJacketGarage  Год назад

      I tried the wrench, just wasn't enough room for it in there. The auto fill just seems like a disaster waiting to happen for sure, doubt I'll ever use that thing but it was part of the whole kit.
      Thanks for watching and commenting, very much appreciated.😎

    Yeah, that beats the hell out of the old school way of doing it.

    I’d love to see how this product holds up. I know a lot of people bash Harbor freight, but I’ve had some very good tools from them (I’ve also had bad ones). This looks like a pretty good deal.
    Congrats on 500🤙🏼🤙🏼

      Thank you Sir! I don't hate on HF tools too much either. I'm actually transitioning to their Icon brand as I replace stuff. The sets I've gotten so far are on par with anyone else I've used. This tool is really about too easy to use, really impressed with it.

      It’s only the Snap On people that mortgaged their house for a tool set. Smart people buy for a lot less with nearly identical quality.

    Does it matter what air compressor you need. The gallon capacity?

    • @YellowJacketGarage
      @YellowJacketGarage  6 месяцев назад +1

      As long as your compressor will put out at least 60 psi you should be fine. The important thing is to not exceed the max psi of the tool (90 psi on my particular one). Thanks for watching and I hope I provided some helpful info.

    Did you still have to pump the brake pedal at all? Thank you

    • @YellowJacketGarage
      @YellowJacketGarage  10 месяцев назад

      Not at all, the air pressure does all that for you. Highly recommend one of these tools! Thanks for watching!

    You need to keep the outlet line above the brake bleed screw. You just let air back in the system by not have the line full.

    • @YellowJacketGarage
      @YellowJacketGarage  2 месяца назад

      @@kurtkarasch8768 not if you close the bleed screw before letting off the air. Turn on the air, open the bleed screw, watch fluid flow, shut off bleeder, then shut off air. Works great.😎

    Great video but you didn’t show anything about the top side.

    • @YellowJacketGarage
      @YellowJacketGarage  2 месяца назад +1

      You know, I never caught that. I guess I was focused on the tool and never showed what I was doing when I filled the reservoir between bleeding. I'll have to remember that and show it next time. All I did was pour fresh fluid back into the master when it got low. Thanks for watching and commenting.

    Vacuum pump is junk, pressure bleeding is the best. Just don't run out of fluid!

    • @YellowJacketGarage
      @YellowJacketGarage  2 года назад

      I definitely see more merit to having this tool than a vacuum pump. I don't see me doing much AC work if any so I'm thinking this was the best way to go. Thanks for watching and the support, glad to have found your channel too!

      @@YellowJacketGarage This is a vacuum pump. Not a reservoir pressuring system. Hes saying this method is junk.
