It's already on streaming though. Hulu always has the most recent season on there with new episodes being added each week the day after they air on live TV.
The show hasn't been the same since Al and the character played by Sophia Bush left. The stories have gotten formulaic, seldom crossing over more than one episode and is almost always about Hailey.
Losing Jon Seda was the biggest loss to the show. I don't think they lost that much when Sophia Bush left, Tracy Spiridakos has filled her role just as well.
@@joemckim1183 Jon's departure was mishandled. And a real disservice to the charecter. It's not that I'm a huge Sophia Bush fan. But when those two characters left it felt the stories changed. Just go back and watch the reruns to see what I mean.
@@chapelpluto4484 The whole time after Seda returned from Justice it seemed like his character just didn't fit in anymore. I really wish that Justice would've worked out since he would still be the main character of that show. But it was too similar of a show to PD for it ever to really have a chance of success. There is already a Chicago show where they're investigating crimes so it seems unnecessary.
Al was getting old and they focus on voights life span of losing people - wife died before the it aired and then his son, daughter figure and now his best friend and play it by the book partner...no mo vets, all youngsters

The entire CPD has done way worse in the context of the show. Rojas isn't the first one to bend the rules. Let's not forget that Voight murdered somebody and got away with it lol
