I don't think its the DNA comparison they're treating as new. Its the usage of Neural Networks (or what is commonly called 'AI') to rapidly find matches that is new.
This is the kind of thing that we should be pushing more with AI. It's not perfect, there should always be a human doctor supervising, but it's a lot more positive for society as a whole than spewing out anime thirst traps.
Will for the love of god You listened for 2 to 3 seconds with your stephoscope and it wasn't even his chest you checked man It was his stomach 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@Katiriaa84 Cut them some slack. They are terrified out of their mind and willing to do anything to care for their son, and the expert who they've put their trust in is waiting and doing nothing in the moment. Even when doing nothing is objectively the best course of action (as it seems to have been here), a sense of desperation is an incredibly powerful motivator to do something, even something irrational.
She offers help and he refuses😮
Dr: "basically I insert a needle..."

These parents are such an assholes.. Will is a doctor, not a wizard or miracle maker >_>
It’s worrying that some parents are actually like this, but I guess if they are scared it’s understandable.
