I got to meet George Bryce and Jamie from Moonshine Harley this last weekend at the drag races..REALLY nice guys, both of them. My friend that has a 143 TC motor, George gave him a TON of great advice. COuldnt have been a better day with as nice as they were and then got to watch them run. THat 30/30 is a GREAT cam for sure!! Sandy is officially a HOOLIGAN now!! :D

Power weight ratio plays a factor. A buddy has a 114 streetglide with woods 22xe, and I a 107 with reaper 465 and i can keep with him through 3rd but 4th is when the displacement and cam style take off compared to mine. Either way both bikes get up and go and are better than stock. Kick ass video, and i really want a cam in my 21 RKS.

I get around the #'s as Mad Max out of my stage 2 106ci, it is great power, but after so many years I'm kind of bored with it 😐 But, I just love this bike build content, keeping our machines fresh and fast is awesome. Dave just did my low rider ST and i got 122 HP and 133 torque. I also kept stock heads with Tab slip ons with 475 cam. I have a video on you tube check it out. JD cycles did a great job.

the old adage of: There's no replacement for displacement, holds true again. because you built your bike you're still comparing apples to oranges in that a built 107 should keep up with a CVO 117 in a bike that's 200# lighter? What world do you live in?
You are exactly rt. Tq and weight makes a huge difference. The hp is higher on your bike but it hits higher in the rev range. Both bikes are very well done. Stage 2 gives you a fun reliable ride.
Interesting that you keep repeating it's 200 lbs lighter. It's also 10cc larger in displacement, that is a big difference. If he's at 110 hp now, there;s another 10+ waiting after a tune baesd on the #'s I've seen with that cam.

I have the same two bikes 2020 114 with 475 cams and there is no comparison in the two , the low rider is so much faster and only a 133# lighter . My Dyno numbers on the low rider were 133 torque and. 114 HP .
Hey John.. curious do u guys have any cops where you live and ride. I am from Toronto Canada and our speed limit is 100km per hour about 60 mph. I see your constantly at 80 to 120mph? If we get pulled over at this kind of speed we lose our license for 90 days vehicle impounded immediately and insurance hit… forgetta bout it! We manage to get our bikes out on side roads and top them out but the highways it’s too risky to bury it like you do! Wondering if you e been nailed or eventually when you do get nabbed do you have serious fines and potentially dangerous driving convictions? If not I am spending my summer in Jersey! Nice seeing Sandy smoke your butt ha ha ha😂😂
Yes, lots of police and we do respect the police, traffic everywhere is moving at least 80 miles an hour, if I go any faster, it’s only for a few seconds for video purposes. Hope you understand these videos are edited what you’re seeing is only one percent of how I ride in normally, I’m chill but for safety reasons, I always ride a little bit faster than traffic and always cautious
You sure about "over 200 lbs. heavier" for the Road Glide? HD specs wet weight difference between the two bikes as 134 lbs. So are you 70 lbs. fatter than Sandy or carrying bricks in your saddle bags? Just breaking balls. I like both bikes and enjoy the videos.

Install the louvered baffles and race him again and see if you get more torque

Weight difference is really only 100-120lbs depending on setup. Road glide is around 850lbs wet and Lowrider is around 740lbs.

It’s definitely over a 200 pound weight difference on the bike, and Sandy is light as a feather
You should never say they are fast.....unless you finish the sentence with “for a Harley”. Other cruisers smoke either bike.
