    A delicious vegetable salad that keeps you full! You've never eaten anything like this!
    Water glass: 200 ml
    Ingredients:
    5-6 pieces cauliflower
    4-5 pieces broccoli
    2 medium carrots
    2 medium peppers
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    5-6 gherkins
    1 water glass boiled canned corn
    For the sauce:
    1-1.5 water glass yogurt
    4 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 dessertspoon salt (adjust to your taste)
    Half a teaspoon black pepper
    Preparation:
    First, put the cauliflower and broccoli in a small pot.
    Add enough water to cover it.
    After it starts to boil over medium heat, boil it for 8-10 minutes.
    Strain the water.
    Grate the carrot into a separate bowl. Chop the peppers into small pieces.
    Place in a small non-stick pan.
    Add olive oil and sauté for a while over medium heat.
    Chop the gherkins into small pieces.
    For the sauce: Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper in a bowl well.
    Chop the boiled cauliflower and broccoli and add them to a large bowl.
    Add the sautéed peppers and carrots.
    Add the pickled gherkins and corn.
    Lastly, pour the sauce and mix well.
    And our delicious healthy salad is ready, bon appetite!
