This was exactly what I needed to see to fix the problem. Thanks especially for the close-up shots of the impeller cover, which allowed me to confirm it wasn't broken.
Thanks! I couldn't have fixed this on my own without your video! I was able to get to the broken glass that was blocking the propeller on the drain and my Bosch is working again. :)
Awesome Barb, I’m so glad it worked and saved you time and money 😊 I hope you’ll click here to support us by joining our Channel: ruclips.net/channel/UCGpInAejvpfVVE4FHB_L-Dgjoin

It worked! I found a clear plastic piece of debris wrapped around the rotor once I emptied the excess water with a sponge. Thanks for saving me lots of repair money the day before Passover!
Your video made all the difference with my Water Pump replacement. Other videos did not indicate the retaining tab on the pump cover. I wonder if there is a sensor behind the tab. Or maybe just the movement of a semi loose cover causes impeller contact. In any case, thanks to you my machine is draining again. Much appreciated!!
Thank you for making the video. I didnt find what was causing the impeller to stick, but with a little finger pressure I got it to freely spin...no more e25 code, no $100 house call...thank you!😀

Keep getting the E-25 code😔 The drain motor I think it was, had to be replaced early last year or the fall before. Fortunately the prior owner of the house had a valid service contract, that’s now expired. I could be wrong but I think the service guy said the cost and labor was more than the dishwasher was worth but because of the service agreement, they’ll fix it. Now the code is back. I even used the wet\dry vac to suck out the water and whatever if anything was on\behind the impeller. Did everything you said and no luck😡
This was good and I was able to follow removal of the white plastic drain pump entrance/ After cleaning I kept getting the error I could hear my pump try then stop. the placement of that white plastic piece has to be perfect. tilt back slide down and then snap but I had to do it two or three times to get it to work.
This is the best E25 video I have seen - thanks for making it so easy and simple. It seems to have fixed the problem with the drainage.
You are welcome! 😊🙏

Awesome,
Thank you
Thanks! That did the trick!
Excellent 😊
I had this issue. I hooked a shop vac up to the drain line by the disposal and let it suck out all the stuff in the line
Nicely done 👍😊
