Step 1: Fill your water reservoir for at least 17.5 ounce abs mix in your descaling solution. Step 2: Empty your pod reservoir. Step 3: Put your machine in unlocking mode with no pods in it and hold for more than 7 seconds (you should see it blinking) Step 4: Turn to locking mode without pressing anything and turn it back to unlocking mode. Press and hold for 7 more seconds (you should see it blinking). Step 5. Turn it back to lock mode and press the button once to enter into descaling mode.

I phoned and they accused me of overheating it and said I needed to ship it back. I put a pod in and ran it while lifting the water tank on and off and it cleared an air lock.

Consider the fact that it can communicate with an app, and they could jut add buttons to the app, yet they have things like, press the button 3 times in 2 seconds, or, hold the button while you plug it in. I’ve ran the cleaning cycle 4 times now and I keep getting yellow ish water. Do I need to descale? I think I descale not that long ago
