This tune has a nice back story-my close friend Anita Clarke told me a story about a time when she drove to Chicago to see Bill Evans play. After an amazing concert, she was driving to her room, and looked over, and saw, on a very cold and lonely street-Bill Evans himself, sitting at a bus stop. It was the last time she ever saw him.....
