good video, def going to refilt a claim...im curious if there's a statue of limitations so to speak on this...years ago i filed a claim, i explained how i had diabetes and now peripheral neuropathy....i have 20% on a knee, and i stated to va that since i could hardly walk after they operated on me, ( docs at va actually told me that i was on the verge of being diabetic) i gained weight, became diabetic, and then had peripheral neuropathy...claim was deneid and was told that diebetes was not service connected.
