This is Great Video I have Diabetes II, and just was diagnosed with Neuropoyhy Which weakens lower legs and also by VA was also given Mesh stockings when walking (all at VA Given)

That's weird. The VA never even did anything about my Diabetes and I had it when I was in it seems. 4 months after I got out, I had to go to the ER since I could not feel my face. I was at 600 or more when they tested my blood sugar. Weird they never said anything about it. And that was when I was working with the DAV.
Its weird if you think about it. But the Military lifestyle and the Menu often does not help.
I really had no idea how much it can impact you. Does not help you got a TBI and forget things. But you do what ya got to do You are sort of kind of on your own.

I've been watching your videos; very informative. Thank you for taking the time to produce them to help disabled veterans (including me).

I think these videos are great! I've learned more from your videos than any other source thus far. I am a retired veteran with 10% disability for my back (30% total rating overall) and was just so frustrated I gave up with the VA system and did not know this stuff.

I'm a primary back issue with radiculopathy in both legs as secondary.

I have a CnP coming up in a few months. I have SC DDD in lower back. Left leg is numb and right leg has shooting pains. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I've had the leg pains forma long time, but I'm a recent diabetic. I'm afraid the VA will say my leg issues are from diabetes and not rate or treat me for leg issues, which I feel is caused by my back issues

I just found your videos tonight and my C& P is tomorrow. You made me think of things I have that I didn’t know were a symptom of my issues. Thank you for putting the pieces together.

Did you have to have diabetes before you got out of the military or were treated while you were in for it to be service-connected

I have a 10% rating for Tinnitus (gives me endless sleepless nights with migraines) but I haven't applied for other illnesses, such diabetes, neuropathy, incontinence etc related to diabetes. I also have a back lower lumbar issue, anxiety, depression. Reason I stopped applying is bc when I got out of Active Duty on a voluntary program called "Early Separation with Bonus) the VA recently began to offset my 10% to pay back that Bonus? and was told I would never get to 100% disability until I repay that full amount of thst bonus back to the Navy? Talk about a double edged sword.😡

@@angelocollins3372 Unfortunately yes! Now as we've aged and claiming disability, that's when we get the knife in the back, advising us we have to pay it all back before any Military Disability is awarded. I'll be looking into this with my Congressman. It's not fair to Veterans.😡

Here is exactly my situation..I am totaling 70% and 30% for depression being the highest..10% for keft knee and 10 % for right knee and 10% for my lumber spine/chronic back pain and 30% for bilateral flat feet..so I put in for increase benefit because all my conditions got worst and I have not worked for almost 2 years now because of my service connected disabilities..but unfortunately my depression got reduced from 50% to 30% making me not qualify for scheduler rating for tdiu...and bilateral flat feet from 10% to 30% two months ago..how can I get to permanent and total .. I already have a pending tdiu claim which I put in after the denial for increase..can you guys please help me appeal that inaccurate reduction and get me the benefits I deserve..I am going through alot right now with no support . . I have been suicidal and still suicidal..this pain is too much so denying me the benefits I deserve is just adding insult to injury. Please help.
