hi! I know this video is about one year old and a lot of people are probably looking for a solution to this problem. I own a classic 350 reborn that I bought in 2023 and 600 miles on the motorcycle. I ran into the same issue today and luckily I was not stranded but my motorcycle went back to the dealership today and it was a simple relay issue. The problem with the relay is that they take the relay plugs with a whole bunch of grease and when things start to heat up, it causes a short in the circuit. it’s a very simple fix. All you have to do is buy a relay replacement, which is located to the right of the tool kit compartment inside an oval shaped compartment. all you need is a 10 mm wrench open it and replace the bad relay plug

Just put the bike on 2nd gear turn on ignition and pushbit up to 15 to 20 kmph (better have a slope or just push) hold the clutch and dump it and give a bit of acceleration

Thank you brother for sharing this issue. There are hardly any reviews of RE classic reborn that have run that much like yours. Please keep us updated about the issue because in my case this will make me decide if i really should buy Royal Enfield.

I don't think so. Because i am using amaron battery with bajaj avenger. It don't have kick start. I am using from last 3 years. There will be some problem in wiring.
