Thank you for this video….I had just purchased this mower and I ordered the hitch and then I saw the holes wouldn’t work. I then saw your video and I would have never known about this if it wasn’t for you. So thank you and it’s an excellent video.
In your video you showed you slipping the v shape of the hitch over the frame. But when you finished you went under . Any reason? I'm putting a bagging system on. And it's not lining up I attached the hitch the same way you had yours but I'm wondering if it needs to slid over as you mentioned at the beginning
Exactly what I was looking for. Would have loved a commentarty on the switch from over to under and use of the little brackets. What do you thijnk the weight limit of a trailer is for this?
Hi! I have not seen that type for 2021/2022 model - even online. Farm supply stores do have the less expensive version that was used for previous years. You could call your local Bad Boy dealer and ask. When I got mine from my dealer I wasn’t given options, just the 2” version.
I bought the hitch locally at Barris Supply in West Middlesex, PA. They are two parts: the hitch and slide-in receiver. They can be ordered after a quick search online. Be sure to get the assemblies for Mavericks made 2021 or newer. The Maverick hitch sold at the local farm store is for older Mavericks and will not work on 2021 or newer.
Yes it fits standard 2” hitch. I wouldn’t tow livestock with it but yeah you can move around trailers/wagons or similar. I use to pull a dump cart all the time.
Hey! It’s strong enough to tow whatever you have around the property. I mainly use it to pull a dump cart with for projects around the farm, dirt, and firewood. Check out my other videos to see it used to clean up the yard.
@@royalbellacres7871 ur very welcome but nice mower I'm getting my 22 HD 60" with the 27 HP Honda Efi just waiting on them to get it in they sell out too fast but yes the Milwaukee fuel series cordless impacts and ratchets are a life/time saver for sure but hope the mower treats u well 😀

Do you know if they offer a simple hitch-pin type bracket for the Maverick? I don't need a receiver hitch which I'm sure is much more expensive.

Me too. I’m loving it. More videos showing it around the farm to come!

Is that a 2 inch hitch that will fit standard hitch options?

@@royalbellacres7871 thank you! I pulled the trigger and love it. I also pull a paddock blade that picks up horse manure very well.
Sir what will you tow?

Milwaukee cordless ratchet would've been ur best friend on that install lol
Hey thanks for letting me know about that. It sure would have saved a little time. But, sometimes you just work with what you got.
