  • Had the best ice fishing trip of the season in Southern Saskatchewan on Pasqua Lake. I think we found one of the best spots on the lake and there was constant walleye action through out the day! The CR Baits tungsten jig proved to be a walleye killer presentation once again. Hope you enjoy the underwater footage of fish behavior!

    1] Thanks for letting us watch a "fishing video" instead of hearing a rock concert; it's something many channel owners don't understand; also
    2] Thanks for talking normal i.e. without cussing every other word so we can watch with our grandkids, wives, kids, etc; also
    3] As for "what am I doing wrong?" You may want to change lure color, size, shape, and/or add an attractant-I would also advise a softer hook set. Rachael may want to avoid putting her rod tip so close to the hole, or reeling the fish up to the rod tip. Hope these help you. Great video-love the footage! God bless.

      Thanks for leaving such great comment!! Yeah I try to turn down the music to a acceptable level. Cussing and swearing is just not my style... don't see the point of it and yeah I try to make my channel viewable for all ages. Changing things up definitely help especially with an underwater camera. I think I missed a couple big walleye due to bad timing haha. But it was a fun day haha.

      Well, tell you the truth. I saw and caught 80% of all the walleye this ice season for me so far, on that day haha. I got lucky to be on such a good spot. Also, early ice is always the best time for walleye. Thanks for watching!!

    Awesome videos just subscribe, but a tip for the rattle bait is to bait one of the treble hooks with a small piece of worm, maggots, or fish eyes. And as well just do small like twitches instead of big rips when the fish is closing in on the lure.

      I fish that lake as well as buffalo pound. Some days the size matters more then the colour or action. I jog hard for huge Cisco’s but medium to soft of the walleye. Last weekend the perch wanted a faster jig action on the pound.

    • @TTangOutdoors
      @TTangOutdoors  Год назад +1

      For sure man! Weather plays a big role too. I noticed when there's cloud cover the perch fires up. As you can see in this video, we got a cloudy gloomy day and walleye loved that dim environment. It was prime time all day long!
