It amazes me how a crucial evidence was “misplaced” and “mishandled” after 2 years. How on earth that could have happened? That was a true evidence being lost it by the police department. It is appalling and shocking. smh
I don't understand why people have custody fights, and to lose their lives? Just get visitation rights.! If you're young, you can have more in the future. Now you're dead, kids lose both parents, is it worth it?
I agree. My parents divorced when I was 10. Siblings 12 and 15. My parents used one attorney. We lived with my mom. But could live with dad if or when we wanted. Saw dad whenever we or he wanted. Never heard my mom ever say anything about my dad not paying child support. He took us school shopping. Bought us the bigger things we wanted like bikes. Eventually cars. Paid for our sport stuff. None of us have bad memories about the divorce. They acted like parents and did what was best for their kids. How it should be.
Heartfelt thanks to the police, private investigator Tom Bevans, and Dr. Charles McDowell for solving this cruel homicide which cost the children both of their parents.
Another case of “if I can’t have you, nobody can “? And this air force man, Bill, had an affair but for him that was okay, but not for his wife. The typical double standard of men and society. SMH. The clothes being rolled up was the tell-tail-sign of military involvement for me. I expected the 4 colored pieces of hair to be associated w the mistress. When it wasn't, I was thrown off a tad ...I assumed she was more involved
He was sentenced to life in prison, but his pre-trial agreement reduced his sentence to 60 years. Though his scheduled release date from the Federal Bureau of Prisons was 23 Dec 2025, he was apparently released on 14 May 2021.
Really find it disturbing how supposed respectable MD's - to whom vulnerable patients' lives are entrusted - are as often - in reality - found to be totally untrustworthy, since themselves habitually unfaithful towards their marriage partners, and that without any regard for the wellbeing of their own children. In this case it's difficult to have much sympathy for the deceased victim, who was at the time of her death intimately involved with another's husband.
I've never been in the military...and I've always rolled my clothing when packing for a trip, even an overnight. Because it conserves space and lessens the likelihood of wrinkles.
I suspect the guy who dumped the body was ready to confess, not because of God, but because he realized that the truth was going to come out soon, so he should play the "guilt ridden good guy" in order to get a lighter sentence.
Threatening the father of your kids to walk away from his children so you won't expose him for cheating on his military exam is diabolical. She was DEAD wrong for that. Excuse the pun. She put him in an impossible situation.
I served in the Air Force back in 99 for 6 years and no one I served with rolled thier clothes up. On the contrary we kept them neat, clean and uniforms pressed and pristine. Maybe that was old school way of doin it though I guess
Why leave children w/o their mother. As a nurse she could well support her children. If husband wanted out : fine! But killing is a bad thing all over.
The rolling of the clothes isnt necessarily a military way of folding clothes. Ive never been in the military and ive never dated anyone in the military etc and i roll clothes to fit more in the bureau and in duffle bags, suit cases etc.. it simply saves space rolling clothes..makes more room for more items that way..and it lools neater in the bureau etc..
Fighting over the child custody in court is like the children wont grow and they were mere things or a robot that they have as seperating parents... LET THEM DECIDE BY THEIR OWN AN OUGHT BEFORE THEIR OWN CHOICE TO LIVE AS CHILDREN
My heart goes out to the both kids. They'll be scarred for life! If both wanted to separate & fornicate, why bring innocent children into this God forsaken world??
Please don't give away ALL the details (folding clothes= military training, uncovered body=a stranger dumped it etc) Some killers might be taking notes
There are many, many details not given away, so don't worry. Also, most criminals aren't smart enough to cover their tracks even if they watch these shows.
Hmm. Rolling clothes is military. I quickly glance over to my dresser drawers, full of clothes I roll up to avoid creases. I've never been in the military in my life!
The victim was involved with another woman's husband. A doctor who chased anything in a skirt and gave her the oldest line in the world about 'getting separated'. She herself had an angry bitter divorce and then uses blackmail about his cheating on a test to get her way. A revelation that would have destroyed his entire professional life. Having been married to the man she HAD to know she was 'pushing his rage buttons'. She made a lot of stupid stupid choices.
Peter Thomas’ narration made these shows that much better. May he and all the victims portrayed on this series RIP.

Condolences to her friends and family.
Rest in peace kathleen.
Forensic is the true true champion 🏆🏆🏆🏆
So true. I love this show so much
Praise FilmRise 🏆
Hip hip hooray !!!
If you're dating a married person, how can you ever trust them and how can you ever expect to be trusted?
If only I could find a woman who loves forensic files as much as I do :(
Hahaha
Am here with you, ff is a lullaby that makes me fall at sleep at night
You will.
FF addict
So where do you live?
I’m in Ireland
Used to watch your cases on tv in the early 2000 now I can’t resist watching it on RUclips. Who is the narrator? his voice is the gold in these cases. Almost same as Jerry Springs
Peter Thomas, former war hero, now dead.
Though his scheduled release date from the Federal Bureau of Prisons was 23 Dec 2025, he was apparently released on 14 May 2021.
Why the hell was that POS allowed out?
So with what you're saying is, he got away with murder. What a disgrace. He'll find his children, and live a healthy life. Meanwhile his useless ass continues to breathe in our air, and poor Kathleen will never be able to do anything. This is why the death penalty is a MUST.
I thought they said 60 years.
For 12 years staight ive fallen asleep to this every single night
It amazes me how a crucial evidence was “misplaced” and “mishandled” after 2 years. How on earth that could have happened? That was a true evidence being lost it by the police department. It is appalling and shocking. smh
Bill was also released in 2021. Our justice system is trash
I think it’s because most males don’t want to pay child support, even if the ex does the majority or the child rearing or whatever.
@@Blondicakes ding, ding, ding
@@Blondicakes Oh look more pathetic male shaming. LMFAO.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that falls asleep to this! #RIPPeterThomas
I go go sleep listening to forensic files. His voice is so soothing
Same. My husband thinks I’m weird af and I tell him there are lots of people just like me. It’s not as weird as he may think. 😊
Now, the children don't have a Mom or a Dad. Truly sad.
Best sleep aid in existence. I've fallen asleep to Forensic Files for 10+ years
Heartfelt thanks to the police, private investigator Tom Bevans, and Dr. Charles McDowell for solving this cruel homicide which cost the children both of their parents.
Another case of “if I can’t have you, nobody can “? And this air force man, Bill, had an affair but for him that was okay, but not for his wife. The typical double standard of men and society. SMH. Poor children, lost their mother at the hands of their own father. I hope in the future they are told what their father did, they deserve to know the truth as to who killed their mother. My heart goes out to them not having the mother. A true miscarriage of Justice which is unforgivable. Sad and tragic. Rest In Peace always, Kathleen 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Stop being a misandrist. He was worried about losing money in the divorce. Money was the movie
@@zuzellogan5613 thank you. Kathleen was my sister. Her children know everything.
@@CosmicLion777 the motive was cheating on the WAPS test. If he was going to kill her anyways, he may as well make more money, so he upped her insurance. I know. I am her sister.
The clothes being rolled up was the tell-tail-sign of military involvement for me.
I expected the 4 colored pieces of hair to be associated w the mistress. When it wasn't, I was thrown off a tad ...I assumed she was more involved
Was it the husband in drag with a red wig
as far as I can see the rolled clothes is BS. I'm not military but I roll most of my clothes. They take less space that way
@@waynelkduarte45 lol probably was
I've seen so many episodes wherein the spouse is responsible for the demise of the other. Evil, scheming partners!
I laughed so hard when I hear the side chick thinking the husband going 2 leave their wife 4 them & if he did he not going 2 b faithful 2 her ass
He was sentenced to life in prison, but his pre-trial agreement reduced his sentence to 60 years. Though his scheduled release date from the Federal Bureau of Prisons was 23 Dec 2025, he was apparently released on 14 May 2021.
Narrator: The clothing was neatly rolled….suggesting someone with military training”.
Marie Kondo: Hold my sake!
The incidental music is so good👌🏽
Darn right best voice ever. I fall asleep to him every night too
Try Robert Stack of Unsolved Mysteries
With everyone screwing around on each other, somethings going give.
My husband is hooked to your channel.
I have watched each and every episode of forensic files by peter thomas. I now replay again everything hahahha i love his voice very soothing
I’m not military and I roll up my clothes.
This my lullaby!
The kids lost both mother and father. The father will spend the rest of his life in prison
He got released May, 2021.
True, he got lucky i hope he lives a miserable life and get his bad Karma.
Are we ever gonna see "Signed, Sealed, and Delivered" uploaded again?
i agree 100%
Unfortunately the killer apparently released on 14 may 2021 after reduce his sentence
R.I.P kathy😢
This was my sister. Please erase this comment. Some of my family members need to think he is still incarcerated.
Why is these Krazy stories so relaxing and soothing 😴😴💯💯🙏🏾🙏🏾🔥🔥
Threatening the father of your kids to walk away from his children so you won't expose him for cheating on his military exam is diabolical. She was DEAD wrong for that. Excuse the pun. She put him in an impossible situation.
I served in the Air Force back in 99 for 6 years and no one I served with rolled thier clothes up. On the contrary we kept them neat, clean and uniforms pressed and pristine. Maybe that was old school way of doin it though I guess
Why did his friend assist? What was in it for him?
Money? Remember the husband took out over 300k on his wife
DR .mcdowel is stunna ,brilliant phycologist the way he put the things together is a part of amazing art .
Good thing Shannon Gilbert is now under witness protection and changed her name. We all know what that is infamous for.
Fighting over the child custody in court is like the children wont grow and they were mere things or a robot that they have as seperating parents... LET THEM DECIDE BY THEIR OWN AN OUGHT BEFORE THEIR OWN CHOICE TO LIVE AS CHILDREN
Maybe child support also the reason
I've never been in the military, don't know anybody in the military and have always rolled my clothes - it creases less that way 😏
Where were u the night her body was dumped?
Just kidding
me too...as far as I can see the rolled clothes are BS. I'm not military but I roll most of my clothes. They take less space that way
just because he clothes were rolled up it does not mean the killer was in the military! Major assumption here
Yes, but in San Antonio it has special significance.
My heart goes out to the both kids.
They'll be scarred for life!
If both wanted to separate & fornicate,
why bring innocent children into this God forsaken world??
Those kids were probably conceived before their marriage turned sour.
@@8luvbug Probably 😔
P.S. anyone up for a vote on who has the more soothing voice..Peter Thomas or Bill Kurtis? I'm still kinda leaning towards Bill😊
The last word is great, the murderers are mostly so dumb
Please don't give away ALL the details (folding clothes= military training, uncovered body=a stranger dumped it etc) Some killers might be taking notes
There are many, many details not given away, so don't worry. Also, most criminals aren't smart enough to cover their tracks even if they watch these shows.
I Dont Know Why They Still Killing People With All The Ways You Can Get Caught.. Smh
Hey @s basu - are you as controlling in daily life, as you attempt to control Forensic Files ?!? Ehhh?
you think they’re going to waste 22 minutes on a Forensic File episode to learn “tips” when they can just google?

Hmm. Rolling clothes is military. I quickly glance over to my dresser drawers, full of clothes I roll up to avoid creases. I've never been in the military in my life!

Did this lady just glitch in the matrix? She forgot she was Southern for a second?
I am not military, but I roll my clothes.
Eine spannende Berichterstattung 👍 die Ermittler haben gute Arbeit geleistet 👍
If you're going to cheat in an exam, don't tell anyone who doesn't need to know
Dont cheat to start with. Forensic will catch you...
Some people need to think when they have information on someone
One week after death, they found her car in a fast food restaurant parking lot, not far from her apartment. Does not sound like a very competent PD.
Maybe it didn’t show up til then?
The justice system failed terribly by letting this psycho out of prison.
Once again excellent police work ! It is all them doughnuts ! The responsibility , the bellies they have to carry ... not paid enough
Exactly! She kind of bought this on herself.
He is among the best of the best- Gene Galusha, Keith Morrison, Bill Kurtis.
Love this channel, that private investigar was really good, 👍
I can only imagine the vile things he was saying to her as he was strangling her to death
Awww poor homewrecker
Now even a photo is useless, so easy to fake.
narrator voice is too calm, and this is my sleeping pills watching forensic files😂
