Ronaldinho was fat, undisciplined, and unmotivated. Both he and Deco were finished before Pep ever arrived at Barcelona. Their careers after leaving the club underline this. Zlatan Ibrahimović had every opportunity to prove himself at Barcelona, but he was terrible. It's also worth noting that Ronaldinho was a fat, unmotivated party animal for two years at Barcelona before Pep arrived. The only player I disagreed with Pep about sending away was Samuel Eto'o, who proved Pep wrong for dismissing him in favor of Zlatan. However, even then, the following year, he brought in David Villa, and Barcelona was arguably the best team to ever play the game that season.
