"Blood Drain" is actually the opening theme of Melty Blood (it has vocals too). It's made by the same studio and composed by the same composer.
The main character of Melty Blood (well, the original ones at least) is Sion Eltnam Atlassia and they made her a guest character in Under Night in Birth, so raito remixed Melty Blood's opening into that to make her theme.
They also released a full version of the song with the same singer using the composition of UNIB's instruments.

This is actually Eltnam's theme. She is a guest character from Melty Blood that they included in the game since they're made by the same developers.
The song that made me fall into the Melty Blood rabbit hole…into Tsukihime.

the original version of this song actually had lyrics, which is why the lead guitar sounds like that
Icefield White Night's still my favorite character theme from this series, but I will say that this one comes in a pretty close second.

there are two version first being the male vocal version which is sang by the composer himself because he cannot find a female singer for the song at the time i think
and then there is a female vocal version which is what it originally suppose to be
you could find the orignal version by searching for "MELTY BLOOD -Remastering- : MELTY BLOOD OST" it is on the composer channel itself
while for the female vocal version just search up Blood Drain Melty Blood and it will appear
