i'm sure you maybe answered this down the road in pervious video's but do you use any fertilizer for the tanks and the moss in them? And, how to you give calcium to the shirmp

My water is hard and has all the minerals plants need. The food I feed is the NPK. I do weekly water changes and feed every day in neo tanks.. i have used fertilizers in the past and can get more difficult plants to grow, but that's not ideal for the shrimp, so I quit fertilizing and stick with plants that do good in my water without ferts.

I started with 1 pregnant Blood Merry shrimp. I now definitely have close to 2 hundred of them. In my 4 gallon tank. Last batch I had a lot of yellow shrimp took them out and got another batch of yellow. So weird…..

@ramonortega9194 that's odd. Might wanna keep the best 20 or so and start over. The more generations deep you get from the original breeders the more mutations will pop up.

@btebay141 picking the best moss for your water. I tried several, this one I got as pilo did way better than any other I tried, so stuck with it. I aint nerding out with plants, just needed a moss that did good for breeding shrimp, now I'm a moss farm on the side lol.
