I hate being negative but those DECK Plank's are going to swell and bow. Indoors yes...not out doors.
This is my favorite tiny house I’ve ever seen. It’s more livable than most I’ve seen. Nice headspace even in the bed loft, normal size bathroom with big shower, big couch, and dreamy decks! Awesome job Amber and Tyler!!

All this home needs is an over under washer dryer and it's set for me! I won't be climbing into the loft. I reserve that priveledge for my daughter!

I really like the design of this home. Only thing that is on my list of must have is a washer and dryer.
It was a must have for me so I got portable versions of both!
I also would need some kind of stove..
Stove and washer and dryer....but if it's not my full time home I can live without it.
I'd say you just was wash your clothes in the river and air dry

This didn't even feel like a tiny house! I love the addition of the rooftop deck, balcony for dining, and tall ceilings! These little luxuries make it feel even more homey and cozy. I would love to stay (and live here honestly)!!

That’s one of the nicest tiny houses I’ve seen. I can’t see more than 2 people fitting comfortably in there, but it would be an awesome getaway for 1 or 2 people.
The window to the roof top deck 😎 and the bar w 4 stools ...the bar area is better than chairs in my opinion because it doesn't obstruct the view from the bed but gives a fun chill out space for 4 people. The view from roof top decks are totally different and unique than the decks ones on the ground ...roof top ones gives the feeling of being in a tree house. Brings back the kid in all of us 😃
I love this tiny home. I would double the size though and make the frig full size, add washer/dryer, and decent closet somewhere. I would put in a door instead of a window to access the deck. This house is not boring!
It’s not hard to see the benefits of avoiding the trailer chassis trap. Going with a foundation home you get freedom of form and adaptability to function. Great porch and upstairs deck. The bathroom is stunning. Thanks for sharing
Where to start!!! The floor plan is perfect and the choice of wood increases the comfort of the home. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy! I can see enjoying this bnb winter, spring, summer or fall. The upstairs window leading to the deck is ideal for those nights when you want to star gaze and then fall into bed. Very romantic!

Storage and recessed cabinetry is a great space saving idea. I can't believe how big it is for a tiny home.
I love the light wood and white walls weirdly enough it makes the small space cosy.
Anyway I can get the floorplans for this home? This is exactly the layout I'd like to build on my property!

Absolutely love when you can stand up in a loft. The one and only feature I really dislike, as a slightly above average height female, prone to bonking into low hanging lighting etc , is the lofts made for gnomes. I loved these ceilings and loft. It gives the concept of space but not the space to fill with junk. Beautiful. I always look forward to what type of art someone used because they can't do a ton it has to be meaningful or Beautiful or both. ❣❣❤❤❣❣
This is a great way to do a log cabin woodsy vibe but keep it modern and bright

I love how they have blinds on every window, they even pull down. so smart
Bad thing about building a closet in the toilet is your clothes will smell and the moisture inside there is bad for your clothes as it will develop mold. After a shower, it will be hot inside, you will sweat in that closet while changing as well. Otherwise, the entire house looks amazing, love that rooftop access via the window, that's genius.
A heated floor and good ventilation will fix those issues, I've had bathroom/laundry/closet for over a decade and never had any problems.
Luckily it's an airbnb so stuff won't be there for long

Nu air, heating, ac, tripple air filter and dehumidifier all in one.

Probably, my all time favorite Tiny house, definitely top 10 and that's saying something...AMAZING!!
The channel always scratches the itch that other channels and TV just doesn't hit. I feel calm and see lots of things that make me feel great and my headache is usually gone after watching.

I love the black paint in the bathroom... and I love that there’s enough room for a very comfy couch in the living area! I hate that so many people put in those storage benches, add cushions and call it a “couch” in so many tiny houses... I’d rather have a soft couch or pair of chairs with soft, supportive backs..

Loved it so much! Just beautiful! (I would add a couple of tiny tables on either side of the bed. When I go to sleep, I like to keep my phone and a couple of meds I take right there beside me!)
You definitely need a curtain at the window/door to the balcony. Also, the handle to open it is very inconvenient. There are other types of handles to open it.
As to tiny houses, 1 & all, there should be half bath in the loft area. The going up &down steps at night, when one is half asleep is dangerous.

Just an FYI The door into the bathroom is a pocket door not a barn door. When they slide into the wall they are a pocket door. A barn door has a railing along the wall and the door hangs from it and slides back and forth. ;) House is fantastic no doubt about it.
Oh this place is absolutely gorgeous! 😍 It's one of my favourites for your channel. Every aspect of the design looks so beautiful! I thought that the stairs looked awkward initially but you walked up them fine. It only reminds me of a quirky chicken hut from the aerial image now, I'd love to stay there 😍💖
What I loved?
WOO! LIL' RIVER! Those ol' boys throw the best, most chill parties! Loved the hooch too.
OK, The amount of natural light, The simple wood on white. (though it needs an accent color wall) The porch drapes that can cut down on the hot river breeze or stop the cold autumnal suck. (Its a streamside thing.) And the fire pit has a back stone for the same reason. Stops the draft.
...But those stairs. Where are the understep storage boxes? I'm not a fan of small foot pads either.
Pretty sure the steps are designed to make it not feel step and uncomfortable walking up and down. Love the house, I'd live there fulltime without a doubt :)

I don't want this home to stay for a couple of days, I want this home as my permanent residence! Trying to get out of my horrible apartment and being retired and single, this is all I need.

Best " tiny " house I've seen ! Only improvement I can think of would be
a full size fridge , stack w/d , cook top ; and be 100% off grid
I think this is one of my favorite tiny homes. Of course there are a few changes I would make to make it more conducive to full time living. The two decks are my favorite part of the design. For purely aesthetic reasons I would prefer a black metal siding over the wood and would have a steeper roof pitch to accommodate solar panels. Definitely do not like the electrical conduit on top of the beams. And I would add a compact washer, a compact dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer drawers.
Stunning, but I always think a tiny house should have a storage loft, there is room, and #1 thing for tiny homes is storage. Each step could have storage as well.

2) sauna shower tub combo.
3) incinerating toilet
4) 4 wheel axis trailer
5) max length max height design.
6) large gate glass. Door to connect to outside deck
7) large kitchen with full size fridge and refrigerator.
8) solar and wind power. Tesla packs to collect.
9) fireplace as backup,
That deck is outta site beautiful
Love the layout almost perfect for me the only thing missing is a gas or electric hob but so beautiful all the same
