May be ok as a future collectable maybe ? , but as a serious RC you want to race around on tarmac , nah so it's too cheaply made and overpriced for the liking . It also has 2 poor plastic ring gears in each differential 🤔 . You can buy the bullet proof all metal drive train MJX HYPER GO CITROEN C3 RALLY , and the HPRER GO RACE TRUCK for half the price and they still have a perfectly adequate tough bullet proof metal chassis . It's always the same with HORIZON HOBBY , always overpriced and underpar on quality . Personally nowadays i only buy the best of the best available RC'S , and HORIZON HOBBY RC'S , well they just aren't in my RC picture 🤔 .
Ummm, a brushless version would definitely cost more and this RC is mainly catered to beginners who are looking to buy their first RC car that won't set them hundreds of dollars 😐😐
@rudymartin3558 Keep in mind of all the licensing that is used for these, especially with Nascar and other companies. And for something at that pricepoint, it isn't bad at all.
@@wolfboy20 Ummm rlaarlo just came out with a 1/14 scale brushless truck for 150 and not to mention a lot of other companies have them also for around the same price or less. I get the licensing of the cars and what not that would cost extra. And you guys always say the same thing every time a overpriced brushed mini is released like "it's aimed for beginners and people just getting into rc's" stop it 🤣 this may be for u but not for me and that's cool
@@rudymartin3558 I mean im not a beginner lol but its a fun mini to just drive around for shits and giggles... it's definitely worth it to me but hey, you do you and I'll do me ✌🏿
Not like losi can actually put a brushless system in the thing for the same price when they're already paying for sponsors and licensing of NASCAR and the 3 different manufacturers. They had to cut somewhere and frankly, I feel they're aiming towards the NASCAR fans who may get into the hobby instead of hardcore RC hobbyists here, which is good since the hobby needs more people in it and I don't see NASCAR fans buying cheap WLToys garbage
This Saturday was getting 67 mph out of the Arrma Fury. This Saturday is going 60 mph on the NASCAR Cup car.
Nice!
For being brushed that little thing is snappy! I wonder if they have the larger pinion option on them.
Yes same pinion gear as the grom it comes with a 19t and I got a 20t extra 😮😎👍

Wow I f'd it up...
18 tooth pinion , 59 tooth spur .
I hope they make a NASCAR truck too body for them.
@@SoundStream101 that would be really cool!
Looks cool
Brushless is burning up the blacktop.
Thank you Jaytee, just saying the word brushless helps a lot lol.
Yeah I talked to Hunter when he put brushless in and he said it was really unstable so it is going to need some type of AVC or TSM radio
@@JayTeeRC I seen a guy on RUclips do 80mph with his nascar 😯🤔😯😯
