I swear the catio design is getting more and more creative in its enrichment programme. Your catio is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing it. Catios really are the future IMHO.
I love it!! That's exactly what I want to do when I make a catio. We're renting so I don't want to attach it to the house but still have it nice & sturdy. Well done! 👏👏👏
Very nice looking job you have done, the cats enjoy it very much I'm sure, we're planning to build a Cattio real soon too. Love your rope ramp / walkway.
Are those lily fronds I saw (where the catnip used to be)? I hope not as I'm still paying off a $3500. Care Credit to emergency vet care for a week from one of my kitties eating a tiny piece. He will have mild kidney damage permanently from it.
Is that a Euphorbia tirucalli Firesticks - that is a very dangerous plant to have in your catio. If a piece breaks off and the sap gets in there eyes, they can go blind, besides the fact that it is excruciating painful😱
Yes! After continuously posting flyers he was found 3 months and 5 miles later! Cats are survivors... The humans just can't give up on looking for them.
They're heavier and more stable than you think. Mine is unattached and up against my house, but it's heavy enough that nothing moves it at all, even strong winds. Also, this one is in a protected corner so I doubt it would move very much if at all.
@@zencatios The very tall succulent "tree" is a Pencil Cactus, and is very poisonous, and can cause burns/blisters on the skin and eyes and mucous membranes. I don't see a jade plant.
This is great more cat owners should have one of these 😊

Lots of levels and visual interest for the cats and you! I was trying to figure out if there was a purpose for the white bamboo pieces.
Looks amazing!!!!

add some bird feeders or baths outside the catio ... give them something to talk about!
Can you tell me about how big it is? And how much wood and fence you needed? Please

👍just wut 👁️ want!
If it isn’t attached to your wall then doesn’t it move when cats jump and push it, or when wind comes?

what kind of bushes are in the catio? Love this!
Hi Allie Cat 😸 there is a plum tree, jade plants, a rose bush (I cut thorns off), a grape vine and catnip!
@@zencatios I just love it so much!

Why don’t you take the nip plants out and let them recover; you can rotate catnip and grass in pots in and out as the cats beat them up.
